Elliot Corona. With over 15 years of experience supporting an industrial training ecosystem (Aramco), complemented by leadership development (QatarEnergy LNG) and leading virtual learning projects (U.S. Dept. of State), Elliot brings a unique combination of corporate and academic perspectives in developing competency-based learning solutions that address capability gaps and business goals. At Aramco, one hybrid learning project involved working with the Corporate Academy to co-design and implement a Sustainability Awareness Program targeting trainees – Aramco’s largest onboarding pipeline. As the lead designer, Elliot conducted a thorough needs analysis, co-developed the program’s learning framework with SMEs, and co-facilitated the pilot delivery. He subsequently trained 14 facilitators from seven training centers, enabling scalable implementation. Pre-COVID, he led the development of a behavioral change model for the “Quit & Win” smoking cessation program in collaboration with healthcare professionals, a smoke-free steering committee, and a dozen certified facilitators to consolidate data. In three years, these efforts resulted in 100 verified “quitters” kingdom wide. Across initiatives, Elliot has served as a bridge between learners, SMEs, facilitators, and operational stakeholders to ensure that development efforts tackle underlying performance needs rather than satisfying statistical requirements alone. More recently, Mr. Corona has broadened his talent development expertise as a Virtual Educator supporting four U.S. Department of State projects in Bangladesh. Designing integrated modules in job readiness and academic profile-building skills, Elliot scaled a synchronous VILT program from one to five in-person learning hubs. He engaged over 100 participants per cohort by linking EdTech, competency frameworks, centralized reporting, and partnerships with local support systems. In parallel, Elliot facilitated in-person workshops for QatarEnergy LNG via a regional training provider, challenging employees to apply leadership skills in emotional intelligence, creativity, time management, and technical writing in task-based simulations. Outcomes were evaluated through qualitative performance observations, L1 evaluations, and pre/post measures designed to identify competency gains and knowledge gaps using standardized methods. Elliot’s professional experience is backed by a master’s in management from Harvard University with an emphasis in organizational performance, coupled with certificates in L&D and project management. In short, Elliot is a versatile trainer who is ready to contribute to the co-design and development of learning solutions with evolving needs. He welcomes a discussion on how “we” could make a meaningful impact.

Carmen Franco

Carmen Franco is passionate about co-creating transformative experiences with her clients, helping organizations and leaders explore their potential to increase their impact. Using her varied background and experiences in start-ups, Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations. Carmen is committed to enhancing organizations, your practice, team, and/or company via 1:1 and/or team coaching — be it face-to-face or virtual. Having lived and worked in other countries, like Puerto Rico, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia, speaking multiple languages, Carmen also has a unique awareness and sensitivity to coach effectively in cross-cultural business environments. Her coaching approach draws on her keen understanding of leadership, organizational culture, business, diversity, equity and inclusion, social justice, teams, and individual change. Carmen embraces diversity and is a champion for psychologically safe, respectful, inclusive workplaces.  In addition to clients across the U.S. She has clients in many countries, including China, Singapore, France, Germany, India, Philippines, and Saudi Arabia.

Anna Kompanek

Anna Kompanek is an experienced project manager, trainer, and facilitator with background in business strategy, democratic governance, and economic development. In her most recent role as Director of Global Programs at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a non-profit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, she managed an extensive portfolio of programs spanning emerging and frontier markets focused on public-private dialogue, business integrity, political and economic empowerment, and strengthening transparent and inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems. Her global experience in coaching and facilitation includes developing high-performing teams, organizational capacity building for non-profits and business associations, strategic planning, change management, fostering resilience, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and coalition building for policy advocacy. She is passionate about leveraging facilitation as a transformative tool for shaping inter-personal relationships in teams, driving organizational change, and achieving systems-level transformation. Anna serves as Program Advisor on Business and Governance at the Oxford Analytica Foundation, and in prior roles she worked as a management consultant in Central Europe and in the U.S. Anna holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an MBA from George Mason University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I), and in her spare time a yoga teacher (RYT-200).

Kajsa Hendrickson

Kajsa Hendrickson is a sustainability leader, facilitator, and bridge builder. She brings ten years of experience working around the world with government, academia, private sector, and nonprofits including FHI360 and the Center for Creative Leadership. Kajsa is trained in conflict management, facilitation and CliftonStrengths. She specializes in designing and leading energy-focused engagements, advising Fortune 500 companies on sustainability and stakeholder engagement. She helps her clients and their stakeholders find common ground and effective solutions. Her facilitation has included engagements for the Tennessee Valley Authority and Southern Company, as well as multinational corporations. Kajsa’s work experience includes designing international education programs to China, Thailand, Switzerland, and Rwanda, managing custom leadership experiences for companies.

Sherilyn Siy

Sherilyn Siy is a writer, educator, and facilitator with a deep foundation in psychology and a passion for fostering thoughtful, inclusive spaces. Drawing on over two decades of experience across Asia, she has guided individuals and groups through learning journeys that promote reflection, connection, and action. Sherilyn holds a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) from Ateneo de Manila University. Her academic foundation, coupled with her SYLFF Fellowship, has informed her work in education, research, and community engagement. She has led participatory research on voter sentiment, designed learning experiences for the SYLFF global leadership community, and supported Indigenous community visioning in the Philippines. Sherilyn is a certified educator with the Gottman Institute, facilitating workshops that support healthy relationships and family dynamics. She has played an integral role in the annual Women’s Conference in Japan, growing from participant to storytelling workshop leader and event organizer. In 2014, she led the first Philippine Food Bank Symposium, mobilizing stakeholders to explore food security through the lens of community resilience. With training in qualitative research, environmental education, and group dynamics, Sherilyn brings both insight and sensitivity to her facilitation. Whether in classrooms, cross-cultural gatherings, or advocacy-driven spaces, her approach is rooted in empathy, equity, and care.

Solonia Teodros

Solonia Teodros is a cross-sector facilitator, innovation strategist, and career coach with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering transformative programs for organizations and individuals navigating change. Of Ethiopian and Chinese heritage, with life and work chapters across North America, Asia, and Europe, she brings a rare blend of cultural fluency, systems thinking, and human-centered design. Her facilitation style is immersive, reflective, and values-driven—focused on activating leadership, building and bridging cultures, and enabling purposeful growth. Currently Chief Growth & Innovation Officer at JUMP! Foundation and co-founder of The Change School, Solonia has led retreats, strategy sessions, and learning labs for youth, executive teams, educators, nonprofit leaders, and public sector changemakers. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English, a TEDx speaker on global citizenship and identity, and a certified coach supporting individuals through career shifts and personal realignments. Her coaching draws from strengths-based, narrative, and values-led approaches, while her facilitation often centers on leadership development, culture transformation, identity, and inclusive collaboration.

Birgit Hermann

Birgit Hermann is a social impact professional who has navigated international landscapes, leading organizations and teams through complex challenges and transformations. She is a senior leader and former country director with over 20 years of experience spanning 20+ countries, bringing a unique blend of strategic insight, cultural fluency, and leadership acumen to every endeavor. Since 2015, her main base has been Timor-Leste. As an accredited leadership coach with both ICF and EMCC, she specializes in guiding individuals and teams towards their full potential, fostering leadership, and driving sustainable, inclusive change. Her expertise extends across three key areas: Recognized as a Global Peace Fellow (Rotary) and Positive Peace Activator (IEP), she is deeply passionate about empowering changemakers. Throughout her career, she has championed a locally-led, human-rights-based approach to development, working closely with community-led, non-government, government, and corporate organizations. She advocates for participatory approaches and collaborative leadership, fostering environments where everyone can contribute their unique strengths towards a common goal.

Henrique Vedana

Henrique Vedana has close to 20 years of experience in organizations and as a consultant for sustainable development, change process, strategy and innovation, multi-stakeholder dialogue design and facilitation, learning and creative processes. His facilitation experience in the past 12 years ranges from designing and supporting large-scale civil society conferences to small gatherings mixing business, academia, and non-profit sector.  He has worked in multicultural and international teams for most of his career. He has worked remotely for the past 8 years and has designed creative online processes that promote learning, engagement and trust using a large variety of tools and platforms. Henrique has also trained over 5,000 people in facilitation and leadership skills, both in-person and remotely, in the past 6 years. He is fluent in English and Spanish, besides his native language, Portuguese. Henrique lives near Porto (northern Portugal) with his wife and two daughters.

Lesley Donna Williams

Lesley is a practitioner of inclusive innovation. She facilitates participatory leadership dialogues and processes for collaborative action across multi-stakeholder innovation ecosystems. She has worked across diverse industries including academia, mining, banking, animation and energy. Lesley was the founding CEO of Wits University’s Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct and founded Impact Hub Johannesburg in 2010 to advance social innovation in Africa. She currently serves on the boards of the Innovation Foundation for Democracy (Treasurer), Power Grids Education Trust (Chair), Hitachi Energy South Africa, South African Women in Dialogue, Gauteng Premier’s Office: 4IR Advisory Panel, Civic Tech Innovation Network, and Amis de l’IFAS/Friends of the French Institute of South Africa. She is a sought after international public speaker, including a TEDx alumni. Her work has been recognized through various awards, including bestowment of Chevalier de l’Ordre national du mérite (Knight of the French National Order of Merit), recipient of the InspiringFifty award by the Kingdom of the Netherlands and recognition as an Obama Leader by the Obama Foundation. In 2009 she was selected on a BP Antarctica Expedition to design solutions for Climate Change and in 2019 as part of the Mandela centenary celebrations, she moderated a dialogue on Nelson Mandela’s legacy and the Future of Africa between President Barack Obama and Graça Machel at the African American Museum in Washington DC. Her work is regularly presented in South African and international media as well as conferences, including, Afreximbank’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Egypt; the World Incubation Summit, Qatar; the New Africa-France Summit, Viva Tech, and Annecy International Animation Festival, France; UNDP Africa Youth Conference, Kenya; African Union, Ethiopia; Forum for Innovation in African Universities, United Kingdom; Africa Business Media Initiatives by Bloomberg, Zambia; Creative Industries Expo, Nigeria; Mandela 100 USA Gala; Durban International Film Festival, Gauteng Provincial Government and the South African Presidency’s Commission on the 4th Industrial Revolution. Along with fellow Obama Leaders across Africa, Lesley contributed to the published poetry anthology “A Better World, Hope from Africa”. She is completing her MPhil in Inclusive Innovation and the title of her master’s dissertation is “The Influence of Cultural Diplomacy on South Africa’s Animation Industry”.

Steven Hart

Steven Hart has been serving international companies since 1986 in a classroom leadership, instructional design, and consulting and coaching practice for individuals and organizations. He specializes in developing leadership in the world marketplace. Steven’s unique style is born of passion and experience. He helps professionals enliven and commit to the quality of the communications with the people they influence, and the communities they serve. Both his curriculum and delivery approach—forming a unique classroom experience—speak from there. Steven has taught leadership and communications for Merck, BHPBilliton, Transocean, Duke Energy, and State Farm; a complete client list is attached. He has taught his own certificate program, Writing for Business, for Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations for more than four years. Since 2009, this program is also part of ExxonMobil’s professional development curriculum delivered worldwide. His other programs include The Leader’s Voice, The Fluent Listener, Project Management Meetings, and Managing Organizational Culture. He is co-designer and facilitator of The Shift Group’s program SET, the Sustainable Entrepreneur Program. As a practitioner of intercultural training and consulting methods, Steven has taught in India, Ukraine, China, South Africa, Chile, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Spain, Germany, Egypt, K.L., Switzerland, Panama, Singapore, Mexico, Canada, and the U.K. For DuPont Brazil, he served for eighteen months as a faculty consultant to senior management in São Paulo. In August 2005, Steven served on a select team for former Secretary Michael Chertoff in building the performance culture of the Department of Homeland Security. Steven holds a master’s degree in psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California, and practiced counseling for four years toward New York State licensure. He currently coaches individual clients. His undergraduate work is an interdisciplinary degree in psychology, business, and literature. Earlier, he attended Alberta College in Edmonton, Canada, and San Francisco State College, and earlier still, schooled in Germany and Saudi Arabia. Steven explores fresh business applications from leading theories in learning, language, and the new sciences. He has collaborated with global consulting firms for more than two decades, and has taught both in-house and public programs for diverse groups of six to 300 people. Outside the corporate world, Stevent has co-lead nature-based personal development programs for Animas Valley Institute of his native Colorado. Steven’s early business background includes ten years in commercial broadcast talent management with three top New York agencies. He was director of business affairs for Great Amwell, an award-winning film and television production company. Born in Denver, and raised throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and after many years in New York City and its suburbs, Steven Hart makes his home in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
