Fernando Lopez
Fernando Lopez (ORSCC, CPCC, PCC) is president of Bridgespace Consulting Inc., an executive coaching firm that specializes in helping clients create the space for powerful collaboration. He coaches clients in Fortune 500 companies as well as global humanitarian organizations in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Fernando’s mission is finding often-surprising solutions toleadership and relationship challenges. He is well known for his expertise in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. He is a faculty member of CRR Global and the Coaches Training Institute, an industry leader that has trained over 150,000 coaches worldwide. Motivated by discovering innovative coaching approaches and sharing them with others, he has presented his work at international conferences in North America, Europe, and New Zealand. As a collaborative, calm, and profound listener, he has an ease for understanding therequirements of multiple stakeholders and building trust between groups. Prior to specializing in coaching and facilitation, Fernando was at Medsite Inc. (now part of WebMD) where he bridged technology and business teams. Having lived in Mexico, Toronto, New York, Hawaii, Munich, Brazil, and Chile, Fernando enjoys operating across cultures. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese and German. In his community, Fernando is past president of the Toronto Organization DevelopmentNetwork. Sherilyn Siy
Sherilyn Siy is a writer, educator, and facilitator with a deep foundation in psychology and a passion for fostering thoughtful, inclusive spaces. Drawing on over two decades of experience across Asia, she has guided individuals and groups through learning journeys that promote reflection, connection, and action. Sherilyn holds a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) from Ateneo de Manila University. Her academic foundation, coupled with her SYLFF Fellowship, has informed her work in education, research, and community engagement. She has led participatory research on voter sentiment, designed learning experiences for the SYLFF global leadership community, and supported Indigenous community visioning in the Philippines. Sherilyn is a certified educator with the Gottman Institute, facilitating workshops that support healthy relationships and family dynamics. She has played an integral role in the annual Women’s Conference in Japan, growing from participant to storytelling workshop leader and event organizer. In 2014, she led the first Philippine Food Bank Symposium, mobilizing stakeholders to explore food security through the lens of community resilience. With training in qualitative research, environmental education, and group dynamics, Sherilyn brings both insight and sensitivity to her facilitation. Whether in classrooms, cross-cultural gatherings, or advocacy-driven spaces, her approach is rooted in empathy, equity, and care.
Micheline Ntiru
Micheline Ntiru is an impact leader with over 20 years of professional experience across Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. She has held leadership positions with multinationals and leading NGOs such as Nokia and Care International respectively, as well as with startups and academia. Fluent in nine languages—including Swahili, French, Spanish, and Portuguese—Micheline considers herself a global citizen and delights in working across diverse cultures. Micheline currently serves as a senior facilitator, leading strategic workshops for senior C suite founders and leaders as well as managers of non for profit organisations globally. As facilitator with Stanford Unversity, she led over 90 workshops for founders and C-suite leaders across 20 countries in Africa and India. Workshop topics included strategic leadership development, change management, crosscultural communication, human centric design, corporate governance, innovative finance approaches and impact investment, among others. Furthermore, Micheline is a certified executive coach, offering executive coaching to corporates, small businesses, and non-profit professionals from Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Most of her coaching relates to helping leaders cultivate confidence and authority to enhance their impact within their organizations as well as improving self-awareness, empathy and wellness. Key clients for her coaching include Yale University, Stanford University, One Acre Fund, Care International KCB Bank as well as The Gates Foundation. Micheline is also a public health specialist and has deep technical expertise as an operator in the healthcare and agribusiness sectors with UNICEF and in development finance and impact finance with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She has led this work across 40 countries in Africa and 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, Micheline serves as a keynote speaker and moderator at prominent forums such as the UN General Assembly, COP, Africa Tech Summit and Women Who Build Africa among others. Micheline is a Venture Partner with the impact funds Delta 40 and eHA Impact Ventures (EIV), where she focuses on advising startups in the agricultural, green energy and health sectors. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Micheline co-founded “We Three Queens of Africa,” a women’s social enterprise and multimedia platform dedicated to empowering and mentoring women while showcasing African narratives. Her insights into social enterprise and business have been featured in BBC Africa, New Vision, and the Stanford Review. She is also an experienced board member andserves as a non-executive director of E Health Group, I&M Bank Uganda, among other organizations. Micheline holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK and a BSc from Mt Holyoke College and is passionate about education, south-south partnerships, wellness and empowering young girls and women.
Jacey Spratt
Jacey Spratt bis a facilitator, leadership trainer, and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified career and leadership coach with 25 years of professional experience. Before founding Same Page Consulting in 2016, she spent ten years at Chemonics International and nearly four at DAI Global. As a consultant, she has worked with the World Bank, USAID, USDA, and more than 40 organizations (including for-profits, non-profits, and universities) in a facilitation, leadership training, and organizational development capacity. She also manages a coaching practice focused on client career development, transition, and leadership. Jacey holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. in International Education from Columbia University. Shiv Paul
Shiv Paul is a transformational leader with over 20 years of management consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and Adobe’s Professional Services group. As a strategist, his specialization in change management and in digital transformation focused aligning people, processes, culture, and structure to drive successful adoption and retention of digital, structural and organizational solutions. In addition to his corporate track record, Shiv is a TEDx speaker, and career volunteer where he provides his expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion, and coaching to youth, community centers and initiatives, and to sports organizations such as the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) where he serves, currently, as a strategic advisor to the executive board. He previously served as Vice Chair of the USTA’s National Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and Vice President of External Relations for the Federation of Gay Games. Shiv’s multifaceted background includes having lived in France, Italy, London. Mumbai and New York, and work as an actor, model, journalist, and fitness instructor. Lesley Donna Williams
Lesley is a practitioner of inclusive innovation. She facilitates participatory leadership dialogues and processes for collaborative action across multi-stakeholder innovation ecosystems. She has worked across diverse industries including academia, mining, banking, animation and energy. Lesley was the founding CEO of Wits University’s Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct and founded Impact Hub Johannesburg in 2010 to advance social innovation in Africa. She currently serves on the boards of the Innovation Foundation for Democracy (Treasurer), Power Grids Education Trust (Chair), Hitachi Energy South Africa, South African Women in Dialogue, Gauteng Premier’s Office: 4IR Advisory Panel, Civic Tech Innovation Network, and Amis de l’IFAS/Friends of the French Institute of South Africa. She is a sought after international public speaker, including a TEDx alumni. Her work has been recognized through various awards, including bestowment of Chevalier de l’Ordre national du mérite (Knight of the French National Order of Merit), recipient of the InspiringFifty award by the Kingdom of the Netherlands and recognition as an Obama Leader by the Obama Foundation. Along with fellow Obama Leaders across Africa, Lesley contributed to the published poetry anthology “A Better World, Hope from Africa”. She is completing her MPhil in Inclusive Innovation and the title of her master’s dissertation is “The Influence of Cultural Diplomacy on South Africa’s Animation Industry”.
Steven Hart
Steven Hart has been serving international companies since 1986 in a classroom leadership, instructional design, and consulting and coaching practice for individuals and organizations. He specializes in developing leadership in the world marketplace. Steven’s unique style is born of passion and experience. He helps professionals enliven and commit to the quality of the communications with the people they influence, and the communities they serve. Both his curriculum and delivery approach—forming a unique classroom experience—speak from there. Steven has taught leadership and communications for Merck, BHPBilliton, Transocean, Duke Energy, and State Farm; a complete client list is attached. He has taught his own certificate program, Writing for Business, for Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations for more than four years. In August 2005, Steven served on a select team for former Secretary Michael Chertoff in building the performance culture of the Department of Homeland Security. Steven holds a master’s degree in psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California, and practiced counseling for four years toward New York State licensure. He currently coaches individual clients. His undergraduate work is an interdisciplinary degree in psychology, business, and literature. Earlier, he attended Alberta College in Edmonton, Canada, and San Francisco State College, and earlier still, schooled in Germany and Saudi Arabia. Steven explores fresh business applications from leading theories in learning, language, and the new sciences. He has collaborated with global consulting firms for more than two decades, and has taught both in-house and public programs for diverse groups of six to 300 people. Outside the corporate world, Stevent has co-lead nature-based personal development programs for Animas Valley Institute of his native Colorado. Steven’s early business background includes ten years in commercial broadcast talent management with three top New York agencies. He was director of business affairs for Great Amwell, an award-winning film and television production company. Born in Denver, and raised throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and after many years in New York City and its suburbs, Steven Hart makes his home in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
Camille Lemouchoux-Heffer
Camille Lemouchoux-Heffer is a freelance professional coach, trainer and consultant and the founder of Mind Your Mind and Cofounder of the collective Perspectives Coaching. She works part-time with the Centre of Humanitarian Leadership (CHL, Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia) since 2019 and is responsible for the coaching and mentoring component of the Graduate Course in Humanitarian Leadership (GCHL) and the Crisis Leadership Programme (CLP). In that capacity, she is responsible for academic teaching, training, coaching and supervising teams of professional coaches supporting experienced humanitarian actors during their studies. Camille was previously Eurasia Unit Manager for Médecins du Monde France, Director of the Quality Accountability and Learning department in War Child Holland and Country Director for War Child in Israel and Palestine, Colombia, Sierra Leone, specializing in Child Protection, Education and Partnerships with local/national organizations. As a professional coach, Camille specializes in leadership development, team management, prevention of burn-out, staff wellbeing and career transitions within or outside the development and humanitarian sectors. Camille holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Paris VI), a Master in Public Health and Health Services Research (University of Aberdeen, Scotland), and is a certified Master Coach. She’s Hogan certified, and is trained in team and organizational coaching.
