Camille Lemouchoux-Heffer is a freelance professional coach, trainer and consultant and the founder of Mind Your Mind and Cofounder of the collective Perspectives Coaching. She works part-time with the Centre of Humanitarian Leadership (CHL, Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia) since 2019 and is responsible for the coaching and mentoring component of the Graduate Course in Humanitarian Leadership (GCHL) and the Crisis Leadership Programme (CLP). In that capacity, she is responsible for academic teaching, training, coaching and supervising teams of professional coaches supporting experienced humanitarian actors during their studies. Camille also works with Terre des Hommes Switzerland providing tailored coaching and training to managers to prevent stress and burn-out. Camille has more than 20 years’ experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, having worked for various organizations in the field and in HQ in management positions before becoming an independent consultant. Camille was previously Eurasia Unit Manager for Médecins du Monde France, Director of the Quality Accountability and Learning department in War Child Holland and Country Director for War Child in Israel and Palestine, Colombia, Sierra Leone, specializing in Child Protection, Education and Partnerships with local/national organizations. As a professional coach, Camille specializes in leadership development, team management, prevention of burn-out, staff wellbeing and career transitions within or outside the development and humanitarian sectors. Camille holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Paris VI), a Master in Public Health and Health Services Research (University of Aberdeen, Scotland), and is a certified Master Coach. She’s Hogan certified, and is trained in team and organizational coaching.
