Shane Howell lives his passion of supporting leaders craft truly transformational, dynamic and sustainable strategies.  Having completed his Masters degree in Organizational Psychology and with over a decade of senior HR management experience he has found a home at Antilles Economics a regional Strategy Consulting firm which leverages data driven insights to inform strategy, shed light on those risk factors contributing to strategy erosion and drive change. As the Director of Human Resource Strategy, the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional works closely with various organizations to develop and better align their HR Strategy to deliver on the organization’s value while deploying limited human resources in a more effective and efficient manner. The former President of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) Inc. and a past member of the Advisory Committee to the Minister of Labour, Shane has been a voice for improving the way human resources is practiced at the organizational and national levels. Most recently he has been pursuing research interests in leadership, trust and how the pandemic experience has impacted the workforce. Shane is a certified facilitator in the Everything DiSC Assessment, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and also the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment.
