Crystal White

Crystal Y. White is a facilitator and organization development practitioner helping mission driven leaders and teams live out their greatest values. She has served as executive director of a gender equity nonprofit; co-founded an arts and social justice youth organization; and co-founded a women-owned consulting cooperative. Drawing on her background in collaborative design and process facilitation, she assists organizations in addressing strategic challenges via culture and systems change. As a coach, she supports primarily Black and brown emerging and mid-career professionals navigating leadership growth and workplace engagement. A first-generation college graduate, Crystal holds an MS in Organization Development and BA in International Studies, both from American University. She currently resides in northeast Ohio, enjoys travel and planning adult and family field trips, and finds her center meandering through museums and the woods.
