Erin Bresnahan

Erin Bresnahan is a bilingual (English/French) strategic advisor and facilitator whose work bridges evidence, action, and human dynamics. Over 15+ years, she has partnered with foundations, multilateral institutions, civil society organizations,and companies in more than 90 countries. Today, as Co-Founder and COO of AvoMotion Advisory, Erin co-leads a firm serving nonprofits, foundations, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients of all sizes, facilitating strategic planning workshops, board retreats, and multistakeholder convenings. What sets her approach apart is the pairing of rigorous, data-grounded strategy work with genuine facilitation craft: she builds the KPI dashboards and measurement systems a room will need after the workshop ends. Erin holds an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University with a specialization in international development and conflict studies, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Maisha Cannon

Maisha L. Cannon is a Prosci-certified change practitioner and AI adoption strategist who helps organizations close the gap between AI awareness and actual implementation. As founder of The Collab Lab, Inc., she partners with teams inside real workflows, helping new tools become practical habits that improve how work gets done. She has trained 200+ learners across 20+ organizations, earned a learner NPS of 74, and helped teams save 20+ hours per week through practical AI integration. Maisha brings 9 years of facilitation experience, a calm and inclusive presence, and a deep belief that clear systems unlock human potential.
Fernando Murray

Fernando Murray is a seasoned Designer, Facilitator, and Consultant with over two decades of experience supporting organizations and communities across Brazil, Canada, the United States, and beyond. He specializes in collaborative design, participatory leadership, and group facilitation, working with corporations, non-profits, educational institutions, government agencies, and grassroots organizations to design inclusive and effective processes to navigate complex challenges. Fernando has led and contributed to large-scale engagement processes, leadership development programs, and organizational change initiatives. A highly skilled practitioner of Liberating Structures, horizontal leadership, and virtual collaboration, he has designed and facilitated training for thousands of professionals, helping teams enhance communication, decision-making, and innovation. His leadership in the facilitation field includes serving as Co-Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) North America Conference (2019). His contributions have been recognized with the IAF Facilitation Impact Gold Award (2022) for leading transformative change in Canadian healthcare during COVID-19. Based in Nelson, British Columbia, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family in the breathtaking landscapes of the Rocky Mountains.

Brooke Struck is a strategic leadership facilitator with extensive experience guiding organizations through transformative leadership and cultural change. He combines rigorous strategy development with a hands-on, collaborative approach to help leaders and teams achieve alignment, commitment, and meaningful results. Fluent in French and English, he brings a global perspective to leadership development, focusing on enabling organizations to adapt to complex challenges while fostering cultural cohesion.
Natalie Moore

Natalie Moore has 10+ years of facilitating experience through; helping larger organizations manage change, team building support, start-up planning, stakeholder collaboration, design thinking, contract management and the related. Having her Post Graduate Diploma in Non-Profit Management makes Natalie particularly skilled at consulting and facilitating within this community, and translates well to traditional business environments also. Being dynamic and resourceful, Natalie lends her background of psychology to the business environment and the human potential within it. Focusing on how to ensure the two often competing factors can exist in symmetry and flourish. In general outside the box thinking and “play” are used in her work to allow participants in these sessions to gain new perspectives. These insights can often lead to innovation and increased connection for both business strategies and the human ecosystem within their organization.
Zoë David-Delves

Zoë David-Delves is an equity strategist, facilitator, and community-engaged leader with a decade of experience designing and leading initiatives focused on inclusion, systems change, and social impact. Her work spans nonprofit, research, healthcare-adjacent, and community sectors, with a particular focus on Black and 2SLGBTQI+ communities across Canada. With a background in organizational development, anti-oppression strategy, and participatory facilitation, Zoë has led national convenings, multi-stakeholder collaborations, and leadership development initiatives that help organizations navigate complexity, strengthen trust, and build more equitable ways of working. They bring a grounded, relational approach to facilitation that centers collaboration, accountability, and meaningful engagement across diverse groups and lived experiences. She has played pivotal roles in incorporating antiracism, afrocentrism, and Indigenous reconciliation into the strategic planning of organizations in industries such as healthcare, international aid, international development, community arts, academia and school boards
