Nabou Fall is the CEO of Vizeo since 2007. Vizeo is a communication agency with expertise in transformational communication, as well as classic PR/communications. Among her clients are governments, Development Agencies & Private multinationals from across the continent as well as individuals. Before that, she has worked as a Director in several Telco Companies in Africa & participated actively in the development of the industry throughout the continent. Nabou Fall is a sought after public speaker as well as a renowned certified personal development coach regularly invited to speak & coach on issues such as youth & women entrepreneurship, leadership, Marketing. She is a TEDx speaker (TEDx Grand-Bassam &TEDx Bamako), a published author & collaborates with many magazines due to her engagement in empowering her African sisters. She is a mentor in various youth & women empowerment programs as well as a Mentor & member of honor of Actives in Côte-d’Ivoire. As the President of Wimnet a foundation involved in Women & Youth empowerment she trained over 1000 people in 2018-19 in Gabon, Côte-d’Ivoire, Niger, Mali, Benin Republic, Burkina… Women Investment Club Cote-d’Ivoire appointed her as President. She is the cofounder of IHub Abidjan a co-working space & incubator in Côte-d’Ivoire aiming at facilitating youth & women Impact entrepreneurship in Côte-d’Ivoire. Nabou Fall graduated in Computer Science Eng. Major Systems & Network from Paris « Ecole Supérieur de Génie Informatique ». She also holds a Master in finance & management from ISG Paris as well as a woman leadership certificate from Harvard Business School & a certificate from the Boardroom Africa Open Doors Training powered by Institute of Directors of London.
Astou Dia
Astou is the founder of A to A Partners, a business and relationship coaching firm that helps individuals and groups transform their teams and their businesses. She is also one of the co-founders of Impact Hub Abidjan an incubator and accelerator based in Abidjan. Before starting her own ventures, Astou was Associate Partner and Office Director at Dalberg, a strategy consulting firm focusing on international development. Astou’s global coaching and facilitation skills stem from seventeen years of experience in strategy and management consulting in Europe and Africa. She has worked with private corporations, governments, communities, and donors in areas such as governance and operational effectiveness, agriculture and food security, health, youth employment, access to finance, and women’s economic empowerment. Astou has led various engagements, in West, Central, and East Africa. She led missions spanning sectorial studies (institutional framework, value chain analysis, etc.), program design (industrialization, financial services for SHF, women participation, etc.), identification of investment opportunities (investment cycles analysis, identification of bankable operations, etc.), and impact evaluation (midline and endline program evaluations). She worked with multiple development organizations as well as private sector players across Africa to foster private investment. Astou worked with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on its Investment Support Program (ISP) to provide a deep understanding of the institutional framework as well as the challenges facing private investment in the agricultural sector in Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, and Tanzania. She supported the Millennium Challenge Corporation in conducting comprehensive diagnostics of the agriculture and food security systems and in designing interventions to lift constraints to private sector investment in The Gambia, Togo, and Ethiopia. Astou is fluent in French and English and has a strong working knowledge of Spanish and Italian. She holds a Masters in International Economics from École Normale Supérieure (ENS) Cachan in association with Université Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris.
Angela Eni
Angela Eni is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Central and West African Virus Epidemiology (WAVE), a multinational food security program implemented in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Togo. She also doubles as the WAVE Country Director for Nigeria’s North Central and South-West regions. Angela is passionate about food security and collaborates with technical experts from across the globe in her effort to mitigate crop yield losses caused by plant viral diseases through transboundary plant pathogen monitoring/early warning, policy advocacy, development and implementation of response preparedness plans, as well as regional, national and institutional capacity building. In her role as an Associate Professor of Plant Virology at Covenant University Ota, Nigeria, Angela is passionate about equipping African youths with skills and tools for global competitiveness. Prior to joining Covenant University in 2009, Angela spent over 10 years at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Ibadan and was the interim Head of the Virology and Molecular Diagnostics Unit of IITA for over two years. She is a Fellow of the African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) and a firm advocate for Africa to feed itself and contribute to feeding the world, giving Africa’s vast agricultural potential. Her area of expertise includes capacity building, program design, training, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation.
