Fernando Lopez
Fernando Lopez (ORSCC, CPCC, PCC) is president of Bridgespace Consulting Inc., an executive coaching firm that specializes in helping clients create the space for powerful collaboration. He coaches clients in Fortune 500 companies as well as global humanitarian organizations in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Fernando’s mission is finding often-surprising solutions toleadership and relationship challenges. He is well known for his expertise in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. He is a faculty member of CRR Global and the Coaches Training Institute, an industry leader that has trained over 150,000 coaches worldwide. Motivated by discovering innovative coaching approaches and sharing them with others, he has presented his work at international conferences in North America, Europe, and New Zealand. As a collaborative, calm, and profound listener, he has an ease for understanding therequirements of multiple stakeholders and building trust between groups. Prior to specializing in coaching and facilitation, Fernando was at Medsite Inc. (now part of WebMD) where he bridged technology and business teams. Having lived in Mexico, Toronto, New York, Hawaii, Munich, Brazil, and Chile, Fernando enjoys operating across cultures. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese and German. In his community, Fernando is past president of the Toronto Organization DevelopmentNetwork. He is a graduate of the Wharton School and the School of Engineering at theUniversity of Pennsylvania.
Sherilyn Siy
Sherilyn Siy is a writer, educator, and facilitator with a deep foundation in psychology and a passion for fostering thoughtful, inclusive spaces. Drawing on over two decades of experience across Asia, she has guided individuals and groups through learning journeys that promote reflection, connection, and action. Sherilyn holds a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) from Ateneo de Manila University. Her academic foundation, coupled with her SYLFF Fellowship, has informed her work in education, research, and community engagement. She has led participatory research on voter sentiment, designed learning experiences for the SYLFF global leadership community, and supported Indigenous community visioning in the Philippines. Sherilyn is a certified educator with the Gottman Institute, facilitating workshops that support healthy relationships and family dynamics. She has played an integral role in the annual Women’s Conference in Japan, growing from participant to storytelling workshop leader and event organizer. In 2014, she led the first Philippine Food Bank Symposium, mobilizing stakeholders to explore food security through the lens of community resilience. With training in qualitative research, environmental education, and group dynamics, Sherilyn brings both insight and sensitivity to her facilitation. Whether in classrooms, cross-cultural gatherings, or advocacy-driven spaces, her approach is rooted in empathy, equity, and care.
