Sylvia Wambui is a passionate African entrepreneur, lead trainer, and founder at Mursly Digital Limited, an impact-centered organization that offers training and coaching services operating in Kenya with the aim of enabling businesses to achieve sustainable growth. With over 7 years of experience as an entrepreneur and career professional, she believes that the key to growing any business lies in developing the minds of those who will create sustainable brands that represent innovation on the global stage. She delivers talks, training and conducts workshops on branding, entrepreneurship, customer service, and leadership, with a focus on businesses.
Ciku Kimeria

Ciku Kimeria is an author, journalist, communication and strategy specialist, adventurer and travel writer. She writes both fiction and non-fiction focusing on African stories that need telling. She is the current Quartz Africa Editor and a longtime contributor to Quartz, having authored almost 60 articles for the site, on topics as wide-ranging as the perils of traveling with an African passport to the optimism inspired by Africa’s first non-fungible token (NFT) art collections. She is the author of two mystery novels (Dance of the Monkeys and Of goats and poisoned oranges), and has written for a variety of outlets, including African Arguments, OkayAfrica, and The Africa Report. Ciku has a wealth of communication and project management experience, having worked for and served as a communication advisor to Dalberg Advisors, Open Society Initiative of West Africa, and The Africa Agriculture and Trade Investment Fund. She has traveled to 56 countries, 23 of them in Africa. She has a bachelor of science degree in management from MIT and speaks English, Swahili, and French.
Micheline Ntiru

Micheline Ntiru is an impact leader with over 20 years of professional experience across Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. She has held leadership positions with multinationals and leading NGOs such as Nokia and Care International respectively, as well as with startups and academia. Fluent in nine languages—including Swahili, French, Spanish, and Portuguese—Micheline considers herself a global citizen and delights in working across diverse cultures. Micheline currently serves as a senior facilitator, leading strategic workshops for senior C suite founders and leaders as well as managers of non for profit organisations globally. As facilitator with Stanford Unversity, she led over 90 workshops for founders and C-suite leaders across 20 countries in Africa and India. Workshop topics included strategic leadership development, change management, crosscultural communication, human centric design, corporate governance, innovative finance approaches and impact investment, among others. Furthermore, Micheline is a certified executive coach, offering executive coaching to corporates, small businesses, and non-profit professionals from Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Most of her coaching relates to helping leaders cultivate confidence and authority to enhance their impact within their organizations as well as improving self-awareness, empathy and wellness. Key clients for her coaching include Yale University, Stanford University, One Acre Fund, Care International KCB Bank as well as The Gates Foundation. Micheline is also a public health specialist and has deep technical expertise as an operator in the healthcare and agribusiness sectors with UNICEF and in development finance and impact finance with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She has led this work across 40 countries in Africa and 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, Micheline serves as a keynote speaker and moderator at prominent forums such as the UN General Assembly, COP, Africa Tech Summit and Women Who Build Africa among others. Micheline is a Venture Partner with the impact funds Delta 40 and eHA Impact Ventures (EIV), where she focuses on advising startups in the agricultural, green energy and health sectors. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Micheline co-founded “We Three Queens of Africa,” a women’s social enterprise and multimedia platform dedicated to empowering and mentoring women while showcasing African narratives. Her insights into social enterprise and business have been featured in BBC Africa, New Vision, and the Stanford Review. She is also an experienced board member andserves as a non-executive director of E Health Group, I&M Bank Uganda, among other organizations. Micheline holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK and a BSc from Mt Holyoke College and is passionate about education, south-south partnerships, wellness and empowering young girls and women.
Pamela Yoga – Yieke

Pamela is an experienced trainer, facilitator, coach and management consultant. She has worked with diverse groups globally in the Corporate, N.G.O and Government sectors for over 25 years, both as an employee and now self-employed at Training Yard Consultants Limited. Her area of expertise is leadership & self – development and organizational performance improvement programs, including behavioral and attitude change. Pamela is an associate trainer with various organizations, including African Women in Agricultural Research Development (AWARD). She worked in a multinational bank for 11 years where she rose up the ranks to Branch management. In the process she discovered her life purpose and made a bold major shift to management consultancy, specializing in Leadership, mentoring and coaching today. Before starting her own firm, she had the good fortune of working for Dale Carnegie as the head of consultancy & training assistant, a role that set her up on a great trajectory towards her journey of awakening people’s potential across the globe. She has been training and facilitating for over twenty-five years, as well as coaching formally for over a decade now across various sectors and industries at all levels including senior leadership teams.
Mary Njenga Murimi

Mary Njenga Murimi is a Certified Organizational Development (OD) Consultant and an ICF PCC Accredited Coach. She works as Coach, Facilitator/trainer, Organizational Development and Development Consultant based in Nairobi-Kenya with assignments in Africa, North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. The main focus of her work is Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Executive team, leadership Coaching, Training, Process Facilitation and Moderation. She holds two Masters Degrees in Sociology and Organizational Development and is currently working on a Doctorate in Business Administration dissertation on Leadership and change management. Her past and current clients are in the public sector, International Non-Governmental Organizations and the private sector. Uduak Amimo

Uduak Amimo is the founder of Uduak Amimo Coaching and Consulting, a boutique consultancy that equips individuals and organizations to amplify their impact. She uses tools from journalism and coaching to help clients advance their careers and leadership by strengthening their communication skills. She works internationally with social impact and public policy organisations, public officials and media practitioners.Uduak’s career started in journalism in 1997 and includes roles across radio and television with Reuters Television, the Voice of America and the BBC World Service. She is best known for her work at the BBC and Citizen TV where she hosted flagship programs, Focus on Africa, Network Africa and Cheche. Uduak moderated Kenya’s first presidential election debate in 2013. She anchored the BBC’s coverage of multiple elections across Africa, and was the organisation’s correspondent in Ethiopia. She has coached, mentored and trained journalists around the world. Uduak is the chairperson and executive director of Ramani Life Group, a charity she founded to offer career guidance to students in under-resourced secondary schools. She is also the founder of The Comms Table, a coaching and mentoring program for young professionals in journalism, communication, and other affiliated industries, that supports their personal and professional development. Her social responsibility work also includes serving as the chairperson of the Advisory Board of the Baraza Media Lab, a donor-funded initiative designed to revitalize Kenya’s media; and as a trustee on the board of Uraia, a national civil society organization in Kenya. Uduak is also a recipient of the Boehm Media Fellowship; Bloomberg Africa Leadership Initiative Media Fellowship; Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellowship and the Global Social Impact Fellowship. Uduak graduated cum laude from USIU-A in Nairobi with a B.A. in International Relations. She has an M.A. in Communication and Public Affairs from American University in Washington, DC. Uduak has a Personal Performance Diploma (Distinction) in coaching from The Coaching Academy in London.
Lara Konditi-Rabala

Lara Konditi-Rabala is a Facilitator-Trainer and Executive Coach who has a passion for working with individuals who want to lead better, manage others more effectively and experience transformational change in themselves and those around them. Nana Yaa Boakyewaa Amoah

Nana Yaa Boakyewaa Amoah is a Macro-Economist focusing on strategic planning and providing creative-problem solving approaches to start-up and organizational challenges; she advises a wide range of private and public sector clients on socio-economic and human capital investment for growth and impact in sub-Saharan Africa. She has built her expertise in strategic advisory and business coaching over 13 years leading regional & country portfolio management, policy analysis & implementation, private sector engagement, governance, strategic communications and marketing, resource mobilization and advocacy, capacity and systems building, trade and investment, business development, ESG compliance, corporate governance and leadership. Nana has managed regional USAID programs and UN humanitarian field operations centered on crafting tailored leadership methods across Africa. She works with local and SMEs and MSE businesses, regional economic communities, governments, communities, and donors providing support in capabilities such as strategy and operations, leadership and management, agriculture, food and nutrition security, climate change, resilience-building, women and youth economic empowerment, regional integration and trade and investment. Nana is actively involved in initiatives that promote human capital enhancement through investment, training, and coaching. Branching out on her own in the capacity as an Independent Consultant, Nana currently serves as the Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of CORAF – the West and Central Africa Council of Agriculture Research and Development – where she conceptualizes mechanisms to develop partnerships and attract private sector investment to collaborate in building the resilience of the regional food system and agri-science industry as well as improving the livelihoods of farmers and growth of agribusiness. She was instrumental in developing winning proposals and facilitating stakeholder engagements to secure over $500million for the implementation of a West Africa Regional Food Security Resilience Program funded by the World Bank as well as the Agricultural Technologies and Innovations Scaling Up Project for Increasing the Resilience of Production Systems and Family Farms in West and Central Africa (TARSPro) funded by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC). Nana is active in initiatives that contribute towards her mission of a transformed, better developed and more humanitarian-conscious society in Africa. She served as Head of Field Office with the United Nations’ World Food Program (UN-WFP) in Bertoua, Cameroon where she was responsible for managing field operations in the East of Cameroon and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of food assistance programs to over 100,000 CAR refugees and local vulnerable populations. Nana led networking and partnership building initiatives to improve assistance packages for beneficiaries, developed and sustained liaison with local government authorities, other UN agencies, and other partners engaged in improving food security. Before joining the UN, Nana provided management and capacity building expertise when she served as the Regional Program Manager for the $69-million USAID-Feed the Future Building Capacity for African Agricultural Transformation (Africa Lead II Program). She was responsible for the design and implementation of the West Africa Institutional Capacity Strengthening and Leadership strategy and leveraged financial resources from USAID to enable West Africa’s public and private sector actors to increase agricultural productivity, improve agricultural and trade policies, regulations and standards, improve food and nutrition security, while positioning the region and its member states to become self-reliant. Nana has an affinity for strategic communications and marketing which she further mastered while at a PR consulting firm in Europe. She is fascinated by the power of information and media communications to influence trends throughout the world, ultimately beginning with the consumer. As an Account Manager in Weber Shandwick Brussels, Nana advised C-suite clients and high-level executives to invest in emerging markets, establish a strong company brand to subsequently increase revenues and ROI. She not only gained solid insights in e-communications and crisis management, but developed capabilities across automobile, corporate finance, healthcare and lifestyle industries in Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Spain, Italy. She executed Communications/PR programs on clean tech and auto issues for clients tackling second-generation biofuels and low global warming products challenge. Prior to this, Nana worked as an Executive officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Washington DC, honing her diplomatic skills and voicing the concerns of citizens abroad to the attention of decision makers in Ghana. To enhance investor relations between Ghana and the United States, she developed a “Doing Business Guidebook” to attract potential investors to Ghana and supported the department to build key partnerships. Nana is a native English speaker and fluent in French with a working knowledge of Spanish. She holds a Masters’ in International Political Economy from the Brussels School of International Studies at the University of Kent and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from Mount Holyoke College, USA.
