Omar Corona has over 10 years of experience working with teams and organizations at both small startups and multi-national corporations ranging in sectors and industries such as fintech, consumer goods, entertainment, and management consulting, to name a few. Working with leadership in various stages of re-orgs and culture transformation initiatives, Omar has helped both train teams on the OKR framework for first time implementations and analyze and execute complete org-wide goal setting process improvements to better align teams toward strategic intents and, ultimately, create high performing teams and individuals through a well-balanced distribution of ownership and leadership. Coming from a product management background, Omar has the sensibility to always be aware of and balance the crucial factors of emotion, relationships, and business needs in order to get to effective decision making while never sacrificing the human experience.
Eduardo Quijada Adame
Eduardo Quijada Adame has always had an entrepreneurial spirit that drives him to take action and catalyze change. This passion leads him to dedicate himself to systemic transformation processes—not by designing solutions himself, but by creating the structures and conditions for individuals and organizations to understand their influence within systems, recognize their relationship with systemic dynamics and their environment, and navigate complexity with greater clarity and agency. Eric Tolson
Eric Tolson currently resides in Mexico City, where he is originally from. Whilst studying high school in the United States, he became engaged in social movements, particularly with the cooperative movement and with alternative economies more broadly. Ever since, he has been dedicated to the construction, connection, and strengthening of self-managed organizations as a life project and as a political venture. He then encountered sociocracy, which became his main focus for almost 4 years. He later received a bachelor’s degree in Social-environmental projects and entrepreneurship from the University of the Environment (UMA) in Valle de Bravo. He likes to think that the success of our species relies on good teamwork, and therefore aspires to get to know, practice, and spread the best praxis for collaboration. A good friend of paradoxes, Eric identifies as a Professional Anarchist. Some of his main interests are: popular pedagogies, gender, philosophy, systems thinking, creative storytelling and ultimate frisbee.

Founder of Pinkfish, she has worked across four continents with clients such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), GIZ, and the Climate and Land Use Alliance (CLUA). Reilly specializes in real-time graphic harvesting—capturing dialogue, insights, and strategic thinking through visuals that make conversations clearer, more engaging, and more actionable. She collaborates fluently in English and Spanish and brings a strong grounding in systems thinking, participatory methods, and dialogue-based facilitation. Her interdisciplinary academic background includes a Master’s degree from Royal Roads University and advanced training in scribing, Warm Data, and dialogue with teachers such as Kelvy Bird, Alfredo Carlo, and Dr. William Isaacs. Edna Martinez is a sustainability and public policy facilitator who designs and holds collaborative spaces where diverse actors can move from dialogue to aligned action. With more than 16 years of experience across Latin America and the Caribbean, she works at the intersection of climate finance, circular economy and ESG strategy, supporting governments, foundations and companies to build meaningful partnerships. Daniela Vollmer
Daniela Vollmer is a designer turned economist with 10 years of experience in social impact consulting, economic development, and the design and implementation of public policy. She has collaborated with NGOs, foundations, and government organizations in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She has held roles primarily focused on project management, design, implementation, and evaluation, as well as qualitative and quantitative research with an emphasis on behavioraleconomics and human-centered design. Daniela has developed and implemented projects to address cross-sectoral challenges, such as: promoting equitable access to healthcare services, capacity building and labor economics, tackling food insecurity in rural areas, and improving women’s financial health, among others.She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Jesus Hernandez
Pedagogue specialized in technology, with post-graduate studies on systems thinking, design thinking and a masters on innovation in education for sustainability at the University of the Environment. Founder of Hevas Innovation and Sistemico, Socio-environmental Regeneration. As a consultant he has conducted himself with a strong commitment to social innovation, integrating a systems perspective and connecting different actors into regenerative actions in his projects, creating a vibrant network of collaborators who share the will to make this a better world for everybody. Jesús is an Apple Professional Learning Specialist and he is part of the Vibrancy international network. He also facilitates Action Research and Storytelling at the University of the Environment. His experience with a diversity of educational, cultural, social, business and international cooperation organizations in Mexico, North America and Latin America has allowed him to generate a sensibility to the different wishes, dreams, interests and possibilities of his clients and collaborators to co-design innovative strategies to detonate their maximum potential.
Annabel Membrillo
I have met many people thinking, feeling and acting differently. They are following new rules, new ways to connect themselves and with others, new ways to live and to be at service of life. I am witnessing this transformation in the world knowing that there is still a lot to do. But also with certainty that the ground is ready, and the tipping point of the shift of consciousness is getting closer, and every one of us needs to be open to “listen” to the call. Being a co-conspirator for this evolution, naming “movements”, connecting kindred spirits, nourish global communities is an important process for this shift that is part of my life contribution and commitment. Annabel´s gifts at a glance: For the last 25 years she has been a co-conspirator for systemic transformation and collaborative strategy processes with a wide variety of organizations (business, not-for-profit, government, communities). Learning together, exploring new ways and agreements, designing organizations and networks structures, co-host deep change processes, integrating tools, methodologies and processes are part of the ways she supports strategy and collaboration and collective transformation journeys. She also focuses on formal exploration and descriptive research on collaborative networks and how deep aspirations for evolution manifest in the world. She also facilitated dialogs, in small and large groups, that are focused on generating strong communities.
