Joey Leskin is a Masters-educated Leadership Consultant from London who has been designing and facilitating experiential and educational events for audiences across the globe for over a decade. He specializes in communication and management skills training, team culture development and event facilitation, bringing innovative solutions to companies, organizations and foundations that span sectors from international development to science and technology. He also has a particular focus on inter-cultural dynamics and the power of diversity, having had experience in over 70 countries. Notable clients include the British NHS, the Center for Cultural Power in Washington D.C. and Falling Walls Science Foundation in Berlin.

Zoe Jarvis

Zoë Jarvis is an experienced community development practitioner and values-based leadership facilitator with over a decade of experience working across grassroots, governmental, and international contexts. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of a UK-based Charity and as Partnerships Facilitator and Quality Assurance Lead at Columba 1400, where she designs and delivers leadership programs for young people and key adult stakeholders across Scotland. Her career has spanned a range of impactful roles—from coordinating GBV crisis response in the Middle East with Women’s Crisis Care International, to protection case management with the Danish Refugee Council in Myanmar, to community engagement across vulnerable populations in Glasgow, Scotland.. A skilled facilitator and trainer, Zoë specialises in enabling transformational change in complex adaptive systems. She brings expertise in designing participatory processes that foster emergent solutions, cultivate trust and collaboration, and support systems to adapt and evolve in response to dynamic challenges. Her work spans diverse themes including protection monitoring, trauma-informed care, cross-sectional leadership, and community-based development. She has extensive experience in social partnership building, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, and advocacy. Her achievements include technical leadership in establishing Bahrain’s first contextualized GBV crisis response centre, co-founding two women-led community centres in South Africa, and designing interdisciplinary training and resources for social workers, legal professionals, and humanitarian teams globally. Zoë holds a Master’s in Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding from Oxford Brookes University/UNITAR, where she graduated with the highest classification, and has received multiple academic awards including the Max Pollok Memorial Prize and Ruth First Prize for her work in social justice and community development.

Fernando Lopez

Fernando Lopez (ORSCC, CPCC, PCC) is president of Bridgespace Consulting Inc., an executive coaching firm that specializes in helping clients create the space for powerful collaboration. He coaches clients in Fortune 500 companies as well as global humanitarian organizations in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Fernando’s mission is finding often-surprising solutions toleadership and relationship challenges. He is well known for his expertise in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. He is a faculty member of CRR Global and the Coaches Training Institute, an industry leader that has trained over 150,000 coaches worldwide. Motivated by discovering innovative coaching approaches and sharing them with others, he has presented his work at international conferences in North America, Europe, and New Zealand. As a collaborative, calm, and profound listener, he has an ease for understanding therequirements of multiple stakeholders and building trust between groups. Prior to specializing in coaching and facilitation, Fernando was at Medsite Inc. (now part of WebMD) where he bridged technology and business teams. Having lived in Mexico, Toronto, New York, Hawaii, Munich, Brazil, and Chile, Fernando enjoys operating across cultures. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese and German. In his community, Fernando is past president of the Toronto Organization DevelopmentNetwork. He is a graduate of the Wharton School and the School of Engineering at theUniversity of Pennsylvania.

Shiv Paul

Shiv Paul is a transformational leader with over 20 years of management consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and Adobe’s Professional Services group. As a strategist, his specialization in change management and in digital transformation focused aligning people, processes, culture, and structure to drive successful adoption and retention of digital, structural and organizational solutions. In addition to his corporate track record, Shiv is a TEDx speaker, and career volunteer where he provides his expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion, and coaching to youth, community centers and initiatives, and to sports organizations such as the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) where he serves, currently, as a strategic advisor to the executive board. He previously served as Vice Chair of the USTA’s National Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and Vice President of External Relations for the Federation of Gay Games. Shiv’s multifaceted background includes having lived in France, Italy, London. Mumbai and New York, and work as an actor, model, journalist, and fitness instructor. He is an ICF accredited Business and Life Coach (CTI), Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (ISSA), and Meditation Practitioner—bringing a holistic approach to leadership, wellbeing, and personal growth.

Virginia Cinquemani

Virginia Cinquemani is an accredited transformational coach, sustainability trainer and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the sustainability field. She has trained thousands of sustainability professionals throughout her career and focused on soft skills training and coaching since founding her company, Green Gorilla, in 2018. In 2010 Virginia was co-author of the technical publication Integrating BREEAM Throughout the Design Process and, in 2020, she published SustainABLE: How to Find Success as a Sustainability Professional in a Rapidly Changing World and is currently writing a book on communication skills in sustainability.
