These programs serve as living laboratories for collaboration, where we bring funders, governments, entrepreneurs, and communities into dialogue to unlock impact at scale. Here, UFacilitate acts as the backbone and catalyst, designing the structures, relationships, and learning needed for systems to evolve.
Grounded Movement
Inspired by the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio model, Grounded Movement reimagines convening to be local, inclusive, and action-oriented. Instead of flying leaders to distant retreats, we bring carefully designed gatherings into the regions and communities where change is already taking shape.
Each edition is designed as a working space for collective intelligence. Dialogue is paired with structure, facilitation, and clear next steps so ideas can turn into pilots, partnerships, and coordinated action on complex social challenges.

Delivering Change: East Africa Health Equity
A vision to transform national health systems to expand coverage, access, and use of services across East Africa.
Inspired by the success of the Salud Mesoamerica Initiative, which reached more than 1.8 million women and children in Latin America, Delivering Change brings the same spirit of collaboration, results-based financing, and regional alignment to maternal and child health in East Africa.
UFacilitate’s role is to help governments, funders, and local leaders navigate the messy human stuff that makes or breaks systems transformation. Our facilitators hold the spaces where trust can grow and collaboration can take root.
Bittensor: Decentralized intelligence for the public good
UFacilitate is partnering with the Bittensor ecosystem as a strategic facilitation and systems design partner, helping strengthen decentralized coordination as a force for global good. Through facilitation, education, and systems thinking, we are aligning decentralized AI with human purpose, trust, and collaboration.

Subnets for Good bridges social impact ventures, philanthropies, and mission driven coalitions into the Bittensor network. It helps purpose driven organizations translate their work into decentralized intelligence systems, ensuring that innovation advances equity, resilience, and planetary well-being.
Alpha Gateway Hackathons bring together developers, entrepreneurs, and subnet teams to turn innovation into products, pilots, and partnerships that generate real world value and social impact. With hubs launching in Mexico, Nigeria, Kenya, and Japan,the aim is for these global labs to co-create startups that generate real revenue and create thousands of jobs in regions with fast-growing youth populations.
Second Adventure: turning olders into elders
We believe experience is an untapped resource. Second Adventure is an initiative to reframe aging as a source of leadership and contribution. Designed by Héctor Aristizábal and his team, the initiative invites us to see growing older as an opportunity to grow wiser. UFacilitate is helping scale this vision around the world.
Rather than being pushed aside, olders can become elders: mentors, guides, and culture keepers who help organizations, communities, and younger generations navigate complexity with wisdom.
Through dialogue, storytelling, and intergenerational convenings, Second Adventure helps unlock the gifts of later life, turning age into an asset for society’s most pressing challenges.
