Anna Kompanek
Anna Kompanek is an experienced project manager, trainer, and facilitator with background in business strategy, democratic governance, and economic development. In her most recent role as Director of Global Programs at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a non-profit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, she managed an extensive portfolio of programs spanning emerging and frontier markets focused on public-private dialogue, business integrity, political and economic empowerment, and strengthening transparent and inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems. Her global experience in coaching and facilitation includes developing high-performing teams, organizational capacity building for non-profits and business associations, strategic planning, change management, fostering resilience, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and coalition building for policy advocacy. She is passionate about leveraging facilitation as a transformative tool for shaping inter-personal relationships in teams, driving organizational change, and achieving systems-level transformation. Anna serves as Program Advisor on Business and Governance at the Oxford Analytica Foundation, and in prior roles she worked as a management consultant in Central Europe and in the U.S. Anna holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an MBA from George Mason University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I), and in her spare time a yoga teacher (RYT-200).
Julia Jackson
Julia Jackson brings over 20 years of experience working with world-class clients in fast-paced environments. She has led hundreds of leadership programs around the globe, in person and online. Julia specializes in talent development, organizational change, strategic program management and leadership coaching, engaging with a wide range of global organizations. She has a Technical MBA, paired with extensive experience in assessment-based solution partnership and a foundation in credentialed coaching. Her areas of focus in talent development include in-person and online program delivery of leadership strategy, communication, conflict management, team dynamics, trust building, career mobility, goal setting and performance review management. She is a master facilitator for the Procoach Certification program, which builds coaching skills for leaders to better engage with their teams and customers, improving productivity and accountability. Julia is a Wiley Partner and certified facilitator of the DiSC suite of assessments, including Workplace, Management, Sales, Productive Conflict, Agile EQ, Work of Leaders & Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Julia enjoys working with all employees, from new hires to the C-suite. She has built teams and managed the recruiting, hiring and training coaches and facilitators for large-scale global program delivery. Julia has run her own consulting firm for 14 years, which includes curriculum design and facilitation of leadership development programs for KPMG, Citrin Cooperman, FTI Consulting, Cracker Barrel and Comcast. Early in her career, Julia led technical teams with large-scale IT consulting projects for Accenture and ADP. She also led a division as a Program Director and Professor in academia. In 2020, she was designated the Master Teacher award at the University of Denver in their graduate Organizational Leadership program as a subject matter expert contributing to curriculum design and teaching as adjunct faculty. At her primary residence in Bozeman, Montana, Julia loves to support the local community by contributing time and talent to the Bozeman Professional Women’s nonprofit.
Michael Kass
Michael Kass (Founder, Story & Spirit) is an international facilitator, consultant, and healer who works with organizations and individuals to bring humanity, resilience, and the Sacred back to leadership and change work. Witnessing the power of story, deep presence, and a simple breath to facilitate transformation, he has developed a unique approach that brings together elements from coaching, management consulting, a decade-plus of breathwork facilitation, storytelling, energy medicine, and earth-based practices to support his clients in stepping into a more aligned, vibrant, and vital future. Michael’s clients include Google, Walt Disney Company, Prudential, Nonprofit Finance Fund, The Music Center, United Way Los Angeles, Swipe Out Hunger, Arts in Corrections, and others. He is an ICF Certified Executive Coach, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and has completed Trauma Informed Heartmath Facilitation Training and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Training with the Embody Lab. He is the co-author of the Hollywood Homeless Youth Parthership’s Ethical Storytelling Whitepaper, the author of Storymaps: Wayfinding Tools for the Modern Seeker, and serves on the Board of Directors for Wild Gift.
