Harouna Saley Abdoulaye. Flynn Tan
Flynn Tan [they/them] is a service designer, UX designer and researcher, and facilitator who loves to help people connect, thrive, and move towards their dreams. Using a human-centered approach, design thinking, and expertise in UX, systems thinking, and accessibility, Flynn thoughtfully and meticulously designs experiences and processes which create a safe space for groups to nurture curiosity, deepen empathy, explore internal and external unknowns, practice different ways of thinking/doing, and develop skills. In recent years, Flynn has advised teams on human-centered innovation and process improvements in healthcare; advocated for accessible and inclusive design in the arts and entertainment; and facilitated reflective, collaborative, and personal development workshops. Flynn holds a BA in English Literature and Web Programming & Applications from New York University; a MS in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in UX Design and UX Research; and a Facilitation Certification with Voltage Control. With roots in Florida and memories in Manila, New York, London, Virginia, and Colorado, Flynn is now exploring life in Texas. In their free time, Flynn loves to read, learn skills and explore new hobbies, make art and games, and hike with their dog, Iris. Every day is dedicated to their life’s mission to help grow a more intentional, creative, curious, and connected world.
Eric Tolson
Eric Tolson currently resides in Mexico City, where he is originally from. Whilst studying high school in the United States, he became engaged in social movements, particularly with the cooperative movement and with alternative economies more broadly. Ever since, he has been dedicated to the construction, connection, and strengthening of self-managed organizations as a life project and as a political venture. He then encountered sociocracy, which became his main focus for almost 4 years. He later received a bachelor’s degree in Social-environmental projects and entrepreneurship from the University of the Environment (UMA) in Valle de Bravo. He likes to think that the success of our species relies on good teamwork, and therefore aspires to get to know, practice, and spread the best praxis for collaboration. A good friend of paradoxes, Eric identifies as a Professional Anarchist. Some of his main interests are: popular pedagogies, gender, philosophy, systems thinking, creative storytelling and ultimate frisbee.
Anaitée Mills
Anaitée Mills has over 12 years of experience working in international development, consulting for highly reputable organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, World Resources Institute, the University of Oxford, and the World Bank; and for governments in Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds a BSc in Human Resources Administration, certifications in Project Management, Energy Planning and Climate Policy Development and postgraduate studies in Climate Change and Development from the School of Advanced Studies at the University of London.
Natalie Moore
Natalie Moore has 10+ years of facilitating experience through; helping larger organizations manage change, team building support, start-up planning, stakeholder collaboration, design thinking, contract management and the related. Having her Post Graduate Diploma in Non-Profit Management makes Natalie particularly skilled at consulting and facilitating within this community, and translates well to traditional business environments also. Being dynamic and resourceful, Natalie lends her background of psychology to the business environment and the human potential within it. Focusing on how to ensure the two often competing factors can exist in symmetry and flourish. In general outside the box thinking and “play” are used in her work to allow participants in these sessions to gain new perspectives. These insights can often lead to innovation and increased connection for both business strategies and the human ecosystem within their organization.

Muneeb ur Rehman
Muneeb ur Rehman is a multi-disciplinary Applied Performance Facilitator from Pakistan working with the credo ‘Performance-for-All’ for human growth and development across diverse human contexts. From education and welfare to corporations and hospitals, from universities to research centers, he has helped organizations achieve their human potential through customized visceral and embodied methods. The recipients of his facilitation have been marginalized youth, school children, cancer patients, therapists, corporate employees, team leaders, performers, design students and researchers in South Asia, Europe, US, South Africa and Singapore. He has to his credit establishing Pakistan’s first theatre department in a secondary school, working with marginalized youth from violence-stricken region of Lyari in Karachi. In Nepal, he also trained Tibetan refugees in employing drama to refine their pedagogy practice in addition to setting up the collective NepalImprov. In the technological domain, he has partnered with EDCAS PAF KIIT, facilitating researchers there in developing the human component in processes for circuits and systems design. A proponent of pursuing Design Thinking through performance, he has also facilitated design research students at Habib University in exploring and prototyping user insights in the redesign of domestic appliances. As a creative consultant, he facilitates artists, independent creatives and art organizations in harnessing and developing their creative visions. He has mentored students from South Africa, Singapore, Nepal and Pakistan. He is the founder of Dramajik, an Applied Performance Initiative promoting human development through experiential performance approaches. He has presented his pedagogical practice regularly at international forums Singapore Drama Educators Association, Performing the World, Play Perform Learn and Grow, Drama for Life. Colin Skelton
Having worked and traveled extensively around the world, Colin Skelton draws inspiration from diverse cultures. Consequently, he has adopted a hybrid approach to his creative work. After being based in Bergen, Norway, for over twelve years and traveling extensively from there, Colin returned to South Africa in 2006. Colin is an experienced facilitator rooted in anthropological theater-making traditions. He guides teams and individuals through experiential learning processes that unlock creativity and foster innovation capacity. With storytelling as a common thread, he facilitates connections through playful and purposeful methods to unveil new perspectives, ignite creative intelligence, and nurture imagination. In his storytelling work, Colin trains leaders and organizations to develop strategic storytelling skills for impactful communications. He also facilitates narrative capacity for business change contexts and human-centered design initiatives. As a design thinking practitioner, Colin employs activated and experiential methods to connect people, ideas, and insights, helping clients build richer possibilities for innovation and collaboration. Combining embodiment practices and applied theater techniques, Colin enhances design flow, extends intelligence, and offers unconventional processes that complement conventional methods. Crystal White
Crystal Y. White is a facilitator and organization development practitioner helping mission driven leaders and teams live out their greatest values. She has served as executive director of a gender equity nonprofit; co-founded an arts and social justice youth organization; and co-founded a women-owned consulting cooperative. Drawing on her background in collaborative design and process facilitation, she assists organizations in addressing strategic challenges via culture and systems change. As a coach, she supports primarily Black and brown emerging and mid-career professionals navigating leadership growth and workplace engagement. A first-generation college graduate, Crystal holds an MS in Organization Development and BA in International Studies, both from American University. She currently resides in northeast Ohio, enjoys travel and planning adult and family field trips, and finds her center meandering through museums and the woods.
