Michael Fryer

Michael Fryer has been creating spaces in which people can explore the things that really matter for the past 29 years. His work has taken him all over the world and given him an opportunity to gain insights into the core ingredients of healthy teams and communities. He learned his trade in Northern Ireland with The Corrymeela Community, Ireland’s oldest peace and reconciliation center. Their focus on the importance of relationships, and on listening and intentionally creating a space in which new perspectives can emerge, resonated deeply. From 2018-2024 he taught applied skills-based courses as a Professor of Practice at the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. Accompanying and guiding a team as they journey from confusion, frustration and apathy through to engagement, clarity and enthusiasm about their next steps is always such a privilege. Michael focuses on highlighting the links between seemingly random and unrelated ideas, themes and perspectives and then connecting them with the challenges being explored with a team. Through asking better questions, Michael helps teams move past simplistic explanations for complex challenges and transform deeply rooted conflicts and change processes. He has most recently focused on helping senior leaders navigate the inevitable challenges of digital transformation initiatives. He lives in the beautiful mountains near San Diego with his wife Vanessa and young daughters Eloise and Lucette.
Vickey Wilcher

Vickey Wilcher is a Fellow Coach and Mentor with the International Authority of Professional Coaches and Mentors and earned her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She is a highly skilled Facilitator and Community Engagement Specialist. With a background in communications, human relations, and human sciences, Vickey brings academic excellence, lived experience and practical insight to her work. She partners with clients in a collaborative coaching process that helps them recognize their potential, build confidence, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Her approach is rooted in a focus on the client, authenticity, adaptability, and a belief that every person has the capacity to learn, grow, and create a successful life. In addition to her professional work, she is active in civic and community organizations, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and leadership. Vickey holds dual B.A. degrees from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., and an M.A. from Hood College. She lives in West Virginia, where she does extensive work with children and families.

Regina Rabenhorst

Regina Rabenhorst, owner of and consultant for Triple Crown Results, is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) with over twenty years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, change management, coaching, and organizational development. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) providing management and leadership, executive, and career coaching for clients. She has worked both in the US and around the world with numerous international project staff, in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Clients include federal government agencies such as USAID, Department of Education, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Department of Defense, National Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Labor, as well as private and non-profit contractors and implementing partners, including the Walmart Foundation, Chemonics International, RTI, FHI360, Social Impact, AECOM, Urban Institute, and Helen Keller International, among others. Jessi Bellama

Jessi Bellama is a strategy and design leader with 20 years’ experience creating direction from uncertainty for growing and changing organizations using Human-Centered Design and a shared value lens. She deeply believes in creating a world where organizations embody human and societal thriving to achieve purpose-driven goals. Jessi has crisscrossed the private, public and nonprofit sectors – and the world – which has enabled her to develop a well-rounded and diverse skill set to facilitate the design and implementation of action-oriented strategy, building values-aligned cultures, and guiding teams through growth and change. She has a particular knack for cultivating and strengthening teams, partnerships and networks to build momentum across cultures, as well as across sectors that may speak different languages such as healthcare, financial services, and sustainable development. Her career journey has included: developing an independent business model for LAUNCH, a partnership between Nike, NASA, USAID and the U.S. Department of State to support system-disrupting entrepreneurs in sustainability; spearheading a practice to drive corporate reputation through social impact at Booz Allen Hamilton; launching Wellington Management Company’s first global employee engagement program with 700 employees in the first year; developing an employee engagement strategy for a recognized fashion brand to launch and embed a newly developed purpose-driven mission; designing and delivering a course on human-centered project management and consulting for an African start-up technology design firm; and embedding a circular economy nonprofit’s organizational values by aligning operations, processes and behaviors to build the desired culture through a period of rapid growth. As a ‘Third Culture Kid,’ Jessi appreciates the opportunities to be found in ambiguity. She grew up in Cameroon, Guinea Bissau, Zimbabwe, and South Africa and has direct cross-cultural work experience in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, Colombia, Belgium and Georgia. She speaks (to varying degrees of fluency) and has worked in English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Bangla and Georgian. She also speaks German, though has never lived or worked in Germany. Nadene Canning

Nadene Canning‘s career is a testament to the power of vision, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of meaningful change. With over 20 years of experience managing large-scale projects across 45 countries in Europe, Africa, and the Americas, Nadene has mastered the art of navigating complex challenges in industry, sustainable development, and technology. Her global perspective and passion for transformative impact led her to establish a boutique consulting agency dedicated to fostering learning, leadership, and collaboration. Nadene’s recent work showcases her ability to shape and guide high-stakes initiatives. She played a pivotal role in crafting the learning journey for 50 global experts at CERN’s inaugural Sparks! Serendipity Forum, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, and again at the second forum centred on Health and Technology. Her leadership extended to orchestrating a team of 10 facilitators, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participants. Her influence also reaches the front lines of global peacekeeping efforts. Nadene designed and facilitated a 10-day immersive program in Morocco for UN Military Gender Advisors and Global Peacekeepers, equipping them with the critical skills needed to lead change in conflict-ridden environments. Fernando Lopez (ORSCC, CPCC, PCC) is president of Bridgespace Consulting Inc., an executive coaching firm that specializes in helping clients create the space for powerful collaboration. He coaches clients in Fortune 500 companies as well as global humanitarian organizations in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Megan Smith

Megan Smith is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience designing and leading retreats, workshops, and culture-building sessions for mission-driven organizations. Sherilyn Siy

Sherilyn Siy is a writer, educator, and facilitator with a deep foundation in psychology and a passion for fostering thoughtful, inclusive spaces. Drawing on over two decades of experience across Asia, she has guided individuals and groups through learning journeys that promote reflection, connection, and action. Sherilyn holds a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) from Ateneo de Manila University. Her academic foundation, coupled with her SYLFF Fellowship, has informed her work in education, research, and community engagement. She has led participatory research on voter sentiment, designed learning experiences for the SYLFF global leadership community, and supported Indigenous community visioning in the Philippines. Sherilyn is a certified educator with the Gottman Institute, facilitating workshops that support healthy relationships and family dynamics. She has played an integral role in the annual Women’s Conference in Japan, growing from participant to storytelling workshop leader and event organizer. In 2014, she led the first Philippine Food Bank Symposium, mobilizing stakeholders to explore food security through the lens of community resilience. With training in qualitative research, environmental education, and group dynamics, Sherilyn brings both insight and sensitivity to her facilitation.
