Cheryl Pruce
Cheryl Pruce is a Stanford University graduate and Fulbright Scholar with technical training in data collection and analysis, research and evaluation, and applied statistics. Throughout her 16 years in change-making work in education policy research, philanthropy, and strategy consulting, Cheryl has helped build out new work areas, portfolios, and teams for every organization of which she was a part, managing complex projects and teams. She has worked with schools, state education agencies, small businesses, and policy advocacy organizations to help unify internal and external constituents around a new strategic vision and bolster trust and cohesion after a leadership transition, all of which occurs more often in places where social change work happens. While in philanthropy, Cheryl spent years building relationships with change making organizations and developing compelling impact cases for funding. During her career, Cheryl also formed and led a local grassroots dialogue initiative, supporting conversations across difference, and received an executive certificate in facilitation to continue this work in communities trying to face the complex social challenges of our day. Cheryl started her own company using her skills as a data strategist, human-centered facilitator, and community builder to help mission-driven organizations better use their data and people to make forward movement that deepens the impact they are trying to make in the world.
Keara Cormier-Hill
Keara Cormier-Hill is a dynamic, trauma-informed facilitator with over 15 years of experience creating inclusive, engaging, and strategically grounded learning environments. With a background in sociology, adolescent counseling, and design research, she brings a rare blend of warmth, critical inquiry, and systems thinking to every space she holds. Keara has designed and facilitated sessions with a wide range of participants, from youth in the Dominican Republic reimagining community service, to state leaders evaluating social programs, to health tech teams exploring user insights. She’s skilled at guiding groups through sensitive conversations, especially those involving vulnerable populations, equity, or lived experience. Her trauma-informed approach creates space for honest dialogue and deep reflection, while her ability to connect the dots between individual stories and systems-level change helps participants move from insight to action. Whether she’s helping a team develop a theory of change, leading a participatory design sprint, or facilitating a multi-stakeholder strategy retreat, Keara’s style is collaborative, friendly, and highly adaptive. She’s able to meet people where they are while gently pushing them to think bigger.She is also the founder of The South Design Research Studio, where she leads regionalco-design and research projects across the American South, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Sarah Ellison
Sarah Ellison is a seasoned facilitator, strategist, and organizational development leader with over 18 years of experience working in 18 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Central and South Asia, the Middle East, and North America. She has lived and worked in Benin and Malawi, bringing a deep cross-cultural perspective to her work. With a BA in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MA in International Development from American University, Sarah has designed and led strategic planning sessions, leadership retreats, network convenings, and high-impact learning events for community-based organizations, national NGOs, social enterprises, global philanthropy, and the United States Government. Sarah’s facilitation style is grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped by her passion for community-led development, network weaving, and capacity sharing. She has a proven track record in guiding complex, multi-stakeholder processes, fostering collaboration, and helping teams align around shared goals. Her commitment to building stronger, more connected communities extends beyond her professional work. She co-founded Local Pivot, which mobilizes pro bono expertise to support local nonprofits, and contributes actively to the Local Systems Community. In her own neighborhood in Maryland, she continues her lifelong practice of service through volunteering and community engagement.
Brooke Struck
Brooke Struck is a strategic leadership facilitator with extensive experience guiding organizations through transformative leadership and cultural change. He combines rigorous strategy development with a hands-on, collaborative approach to help leaders and teams achieve alignment, commitment, and meaningful results. Fluent in French and English, he brings a global perspective to leadership development, focusing on enabling organizations to adapt to complex challenges while fostering cultural cohesion.
Sarah Forrester-Wilson
Sarah is an experienced process designer, facilitator and Sustainability Consultant. She has worked with systems change and complexity issues for over eight years in a widely international setting. She has a passion for systemic transformation that works on all levels of the I, we and it, and is a strong advocate for interventions that address not only the cognitive realm, but also that of the somatic and the spiritual. She has worked as an independent consultant, providing contextually crafted support for organisations working in both social and environmental justice and has a particular interest when working with groups where both the social and the environmental intersect. She is a passionate facilitator and a strong believer for co-creative, participatory methods that build capacity amongst the participants. She has run multiple large international trainings on various topics including leading in complexity, holistic leadership, strategic sustainability, systems thinking and creative facilitation methods. Sarah has a strong background in Social Lab design and delivery, and has a high class Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability.
Pragya Mishra
Pragya loves convening and is a champion for SDG 17. In her nine years of work experience, she has always found herself bringing diverse stakeholders together for a common cause, and has built collaborations for social impact. She recently completed a 14 months fellowship in the US where she served at the American Express. She managed the AMEX Leadership Academy Alumni Network of over 4300 social purpose leaders. In addition to her role of organizing learning events, she launched Alumni Taskforce – a global volunteer group of 60 alumni to promote alumni led initiatives. Prior to the fellowship, Pragya worked at Ashoka in India. As part of the Fellowship team she helped design and implement programs on leadership development and impact strategy for a network of 400 Ashoka Fellows working on all 17 SDGs. She also designed a unique event concept – Changemaker Dinner, engaging over 250 senior social, business and media entrepreneurs and promoting cross-sectoral collaborations. At the beginning of her career, Pragya lived in an indigenous village in central India for three years and led a grass-root movement bringing all the stakeholders together to build the first school in the area. Pragya has a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counseling and Communication. She is adaptive and nimble and by working at the grassroots, national and international levels she has developed strong people’s skills and cultural intelligence. She is curious and loves learning from people and places.
Ana Lucia Castaño Galvis
Ana Lucía is co-founder of iA8 and Coalescer. She also coordinates the BA in Entrepreneurship and Socio Environmental Projects in the University of the Environment (based in Mexico). iA8 is a collaborative global platform for addressing systemically strategic pathways for organizations and societies. Coalescer is a civil organization dedicated to support and nourish territorial organization and socioenvironmental regeneration processes in Colombia and Latin America. Ana Lucía is an anthropologist and agro-ecologist who applies ecologic design models, participatory tools and liberating structures to catalyze collective intelligence. She facilitates collaborative processes to enable the expression of the highest potential of any place, organization or community, and to develop creative solutions to social and environmental problems. Specializing in education, community development and sustainability, she has designed and facilitated over 50 workshops and learning experiences with rural communities, academic and learning communities, teenagers, farmers cooperatives, civil society organizations, research networks, and indigenous peoples. Ana is passionate about alternative education, and has a smooth and structured facilitation style. Her coaching and facilitation are always looking for ways to develop other people’s capacity, cultivating a growth mindset and acknowledging people’s unique talents.
