Ann Hillary Lewis Monge is an experienced organizational coach and team facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, teams, and social organizations across Latin America. She holds a Master in Business Administration from EAE Business School in Barcelona and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Pratyay Malakar

Pratyay Malakar (she/they) is an educator, curriculum designer, and education researcher deeply committed to building intersectional, inclusive, and justice-driven learning environments. With 6+ years of experience across the education and development sector, Pratyay has worked with children, teachers, teacher trainers and education systems in roles spanning facilitation, curriculum development, teacher training, and research. She has worked with organizations like Teach For India, Simple Education Foundation, Nirantar, Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation, Language and Learning Foundation, and i-Saksham, designing and leading professional development programs for government and non-profit educators in underserved communities. As a facilitator, Pratyay brings together her grounding in feminist and anti-oppressive pedagogies to create reflective, participatory spaces around themes such as identity, gender, equity, power, youth development, Queer Identities, Allyship and inclusive education. Pratyay is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Ambedkar University Delhi, where her research focuses on reimagining educational practices through the lens of social justice, intersectionality, belonging, and systemic change. Jacey Spratt bis a facilitator, leadership trainer, and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified career and leadership coach with 25 years of professional experience. Before founding Same Page Consulting in 2016, she spent ten years at Chemonics International and nearly four at DAI Global. As a consultant, she has worked with the World Bank, USAID, USDA, and more than 40 organizations (including for-profits, non-profits, and universities) in a facilitation, leadership training, and organizational development capacity. She also manages a coaching practice focused on client career development, transition, and leadership. Marianne Montalvo

Marianne Montalvo is an international education and youth expert with 18 years of experience in designing and managing programs and facilitating learning for staff and participants globally. Ms. Montalvo has facilitated in-person and virtual meetings, design sessions, workshops, and training for individuals across the world for strategy, program design, training of trainers, staff engagement, and staff upskilling. Cherice believes practicing equity and inclusion is a way of life and embraces the joy and possibility they hold. She has over 12 years of experience providing strategic guidance to leaders and advising on equitable practices. Her background spans both the private and nonprofit sectors including helping Fortune 500 companies foster healthy cultures as an employment law attorney and advancing the rights of and changing narratives about women and people of color as a human rights attorney.
Maz Bednarczyk

Maz Bednarczyk (they/them) is an expert in intercultural education with more than eight years of experience developing and delivering training courses, workshops, and e-learning activities on human rights, global citizenship, non-formal education, and more. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees in International Security and Ugrofinnic Studies, and a Master’s degree in Crisis Management. At the beginning of her academic career, she specialized in Finland’s national security system and its impact on the Baltic Sea region. She later went on to research peace education as a tool for building human security at the grassroots level. During her studies, Maz worked tirelessly as a volunteer coordinator and brand manager at Youth For Understanding (YFU) – an international organization dedicated to intercultural education through youth exchange programs. At YFU, she gained experience as a trainer and facilitator in the areas of intercultural communication, social inclusion, and global competence. Through a variety of international projects, Maz has gained skills in project management, event coordination, team building, and youth work. After graduation, she focused on minority rights in Lithuania and interned at the European Foundation of Human Rights, a non-governmental organization that helps victims of human rights violations and hate speech. After graduation, she began working as a publicist and radio commentator in the local language-minority media. She regularly uses her voice to advocate for women’s empowerment, gender and racial equality, social justice, and sustainable living. Since the beginning of 2021, Maz has been serving as Training Manager Fellow at Atlas Corps, coordinating components of the Global Leadership Lab and Virtual Leadership Institute programs, including keynote speakers, interactive workshops, self-led activities, discussion groups, and community-building activities with leading U.S. organizations and international leaders.
Alejandra Ortiz Medrano

Alejandra Ortiz Medrano has dedicated a large part of her professional life to education and the design of processes that allow people and groups to develop their potential for the benefit of the systems to which they belong. She was dean of educational innovation and socio-environmental projects at the Universidad del Medio Ambiente (UMA) in Mexico, where she co-designed various workshops focused on the development of environmental entrepreneurs in areas such as tourism, law, business, and education, through diverse tools like systems thinking, action research, and potential based projects. She has codesigned syllabus and programs, including the bachelor in entrepreneurship and socio-environmental projects at UMA. Originally a biologist and evolutionary ecology PhD, she left academia but not her passion for science, and is also dedicated to science communication. Passionate about learning, she has taken several workshops and courses that apply in her work, including Kaospilot’s the arts and crafts of facilitating learning spaces, Collective transformations (ecosynomics) diploma, Biomimicry immersion, and the work that reconnects immersion. She is also a mindfulness-certified teacher.
