Jeremy Blanchard

Jeremy Blanchard supports changemakers to find their passions and bring their dreams into reality with ease. He believes working for justice and equity is some of the most challenging work we can be doing right now, and we need support to do it in a way that is sustainable. We all want to see a more life-giving world that moves us beyond the systems of domination that currently shape our lives. Jeremy works with leaders in social movements, community organizations, and nonprofits as well as social entrepreneurs, mission-driven solo entrepreneurs, artists, and all kinds of other do-gooders. Jeremy has been a lifelong climate activist. He got his start in coaching because he saw what a difference it was making for him in his life and social change work. As someone who cared deeply about the world, he found he was exhausting himself trying to contribute to every cause and organization that so deeply needed support (maybe you can relate!). Since then, coaching social change leaders has been his way of supporting our movements. Jeremy has been coaching for 10 years (he started in 2012) and has over 2,400 hours of experience coaching social change leaders, nonprofit directors, activists, community organizers, and social entrepreneurs. Personally: he cares deeply about communal living, has been learning to play piano (90’s rock out sing-alongs!), and he loves rock climbing. In Jeremy’s view, a part of bringing social justice principles into coaching is shining a light on social location and being able to have frank conversations about differences in identity, background, and experiences. To begin that conversation, here’s a bit about him: Jeremy is a white, cis, straight man. His ancestors were from England, Sweden, and Denmark. He is 34 years old. He grew up in a middle-class family and has an undergraduate degree. He is able-bodied and generally neurotypical. Jeremy grew up in a Catholic home and now identifies as spiritual but not religious. He has recently started practicing Buddhism in the Plum Village Tradition. As part of his ongoing journey to wake up to his own social conditioning, Jeremy strives to be a student and practitioner of anti-racism and decolonization. He is currently a part of an active multi-racial community of practice of Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (JEDI) facilitators and practitioners through Holistic Underground. They are a source of accountability and support for one another around JEDI principles as they engage in the work.
Edna Martinez

Edna Martinez is a sustainability and public policy facilitator who designs and holds collaborative spaces where diverse actors can move from dialogue to aligned action. With more than 16 years of experience across Latin America and the Caribbean, she works at the intersection of climate finance, circular economy and ESG strategy, supporting governments, foundations and companies to build meaningful partnerships. Her work has included collaboration with organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme, Food and Agriculture Organization and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, as well as corporate and philanthropic partners including BBVA and the Rockefeller Foundation. Edna brings a calm, strategic presence to complex processes, helping cross sector leaders navigate negotiation, align around shared priorities and design initiatives that are both ambitious and grounded in regional realities. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known for bridging cultures, sectors and perspectives in service of sustainable development
Anna Kompanek

Anna Kompanek is an experienced project manager, trainer, and facilitator with background in business strategy, democratic governance, and economic development. In her most recent role as Director of Global Programs at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a non-profit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, she managed an extensive portfolio of programs spanning emerging and frontier markets focused on public-private dialogue, business integrity, political and economic empowerment, and strengthening transparent and inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems. Her global experience in coaching and facilitation includes developing high-performing teams, organizational capacity building for non-profits and business associations, strategic planning, change management, fostering resilience, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and coalition building for policy advocacy. She is passionate about leveraging facilitation as a transformative tool for shaping inter-personal relationships in teams, driving organizational change, and achieving systems-level transformation. Anna serves as Program Advisor on Business and Governance at the Oxford Analytica Foundation, and in prior roles she worked as a management consultant in Central Europe and in the U.S. Anna holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an MBA from George Mason University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I), and in her spare time a yoga teacher (RYT-200).
Armando X. Orduña

Armando X. Orduña, Ed.D. is a visionary leadership and team development facilitator, and systems thinker dedicated to helping people and organizations lead with clarity, humanity, and impact. As Founder & Principal Consultant of Inspira, Ltd CO, he designs transformative learning experiences that bridge reflection and action for leaders across private, public, and social-impact sectors. A Senior Pahara and American Leadership Forum Fellow, Armando partners with leaders and teams to reimagine what’s possible—cultivating adaptive capacity, equity-centered practice, and durable change in complex systems. He is also a licensed practitioner of Insights Discovery, a personality assessment grounded in Carl Jung’s psychological theory. Drawing on this framework, Armando helps teams understand how differences in perception, communication, and collaboration styles often sit at the root of workplace friction, enabling more self aware leadership, stronger relationships, and more effective collective performance.
Pamela Yoga – Yieke

Pamela is an experienced trainer, facilitator, coach and management consultant. She has worked with diverse groups globally in the Corporate, N.G.O and Government sectors for over 25 years, both as an employee and now self-employed at Training Yard Consultants Limited. Her area of expertise is leadership & self – development and organizational performance improvement programs, including behavioral and attitude change. Pamela is an associate trainer with various organizations, including African Women in Agricultural Research Development (AWARD). She worked in a multinational bank for 11 years where she rose up the ranks to Branch management. In the process she discovered her life purpose and made a bold major shift to management consultancy, specializing in Leadership, mentoring and coaching today. Before starting her own firm, she had the good fortune of working for Dale Carnegie as the head of consultancy & training assistant, a role that set her up on a great trajectory towards her journey of awakening people’s potential across the globe. She has been training and facilitating for over twenty-five years, as well as coaching formally for over a decade now across various sectors and industries at all levels including senior leadership teams.
