Vickey Wilcher

Vickey Wilcher is a Fellow Coach and Mentor with the International Authority of Professional Coaches and Mentors and earned her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She is a highly skilled Facilitator and Community Engagement Specialist. With a background in communications, human relations, and human sciences, Vickey brings academic excellence, lived experience and practical insight to her work. She partners with clients in a collaborative coaching process that helps them recognize their potential, build confidence, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Her approach is rooted in a focus on the client, authenticity, adaptability, and a belief that every person has the capacity to learn, grow, and create a successful life. In addition to her professional work, she is active in civic and community organizations, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and leadership. Vickey holds dual B.A. degrees from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., and an M.A. from Hood College. She lives in West Virginia, where she does extensive work with children and families.

Carlos Gaviria

Carlos Gaviria has more than 25 years of experience facilitating group processes with individual contributors, middle and senior management. He has a lot of experience and learning in Experiential Education, Team Coaching, Consultative Sales, Strategic Planning and Leadership, in Colombia, Spain, Panama and Venezuela, creating spaces for learning and personal growth. Carlos has been Director of Campamento La Llanada for more than 20 years exercising management roles, season planning, development of soft skills in children and young people between 6 and 18 years of age. He also served in the Venezuelan Camp Association. He was involved in the design process in the Peace Camps in Colombia, promoted by the National Government of Colombia together with the Former President-Juan Manuel Santos. Carlos used to be a pharmaceutical consultant. He is bilingual, with specialization in Organizational Development and Certification as a Team Coach. Carlos is a person guided by values, he is passionate about continuous learning and superior principles that drive transformation and excellence at a personal and organizational level. Carlos is convinced that to generate awareness in work teams, learning must be generated based on their own experiences and thanks to the disciplined practice of routines, the desired habits are generated.

Alexandra (Alex) Gaspar Martins Teixeira

Alexandra (Alex) Gaspar Martins Teixeira (she/her) is a collective intelligence enthusiast, master facilitator and technical strategist with over 25 years of experience designing and facilitating participatory meetings and convenings for high-performing teams and organizational collaboratives including FHI 360, Ipas, MSI Reproductive Choices, the Urgent Action Fund, the World Health Organization and UNFPA among others. Prior to consulting, Alex spent 11 years advancing access to safe abortion at Ipas where she partnered with global teams and led organization-wide initiatives as a Senior Advisor for Technical Innovation and Excellence, the Associate Director for Community Engagement and Policy Advocacy and as the Senior Advisor for Organizational Learning. Alex has also served as the Philanthropic Partnerships Officer for the Astraea Foundation, as a Global Research & Policy Advisor for the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (now OutRight Action International) and as a Program Fellow with the Global Fund for Women. She has served on the board of directors of the Safe Abortion Action Fund (UK), The Stone House (NC), the Third Wave Foundation (NY) and Resource Generation (NY). Alex has designed and led over 70 high-stakes participatory workshops, retreats and convenings for over 2000 stakeholders across Africa, Asia and North America. She is among the most seasoned facilitators, globally, of Abortion Values Clarification for Action & Transformation (VCAT) Workshops where she has led community members, activists, health care providers, ministry officials, multilateral donors and embassies—all with wide ranging positions on abortion—through a process that shifts their orientation from one of contentious debate to an opportunity for empathy and principled collaboration to advance bodily autonomy. She has trained and mentored over 150 emerging facilitators and team leaders globally on designing and facilitating inclusive, liberatory and participatory meetings. With two decades of experience advancing equity and justice through philanthropy and global health programming, Alex approaches facilitation as a strategic opportunity to practice high-impact, equity-based collaboration skills that live on beyond our convenings. Alex brings skillful attention to transforming personal, interpersonal and systemic barriers to meaningful participation. She is passionate about helping groups connect, navigate principled disagreement, prioritize, focus, and align towards powerful actions that advance justice, joy and wellbeing in the world. Alex is a recipient of the Wildacres Leadership Initiative William C. Friday Fellowship (2014-2016), holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and French Literature from Connecticut College and a master’s degree in International Affairs with a focus on gender, sexuality and international human rights from Columbia University. As the first member of her family to attend university, she is humbled to stand on the shoulders of self-taught entrepreneurs, savvy dissidents, survivors of Portuguese dictatorship and lovers of learning. She currently lives in Durham, North Carolina, in the Southeastern United States, in a beloved cross-class, multi-racial intentional community of gorgeously imperfect humans trying to build deep interdependence.

Megan Smith

Megan Smith  is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience designing and leading retreats, workshops, and culture-building sessions for mission-driven organizations. As an expert in leadership development and executive coaching, Megan supports leaders and teams in reaching their goals and fostering more creative, energized, and resilient work cultures. She has lived and worked in Mexico, Brazil, Ireland, Timor-Leste, and Cambodia, designing and delivering leadership programs for more than 1,000 leaders from over 100 countries. Megan holds an MA in International Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in History from Rice University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and a Certified Play Facilitator (Barometer XP). Raised in Texas, she now resides in Washington, D.C.  

Chioma Nnaji

Chioma Nnaji is a seasoned public health trainer, facilitator, and organizer with over 20 years of experience advancing racial justice, health equity, and immigrant health. She began her career as a community health worker in HIV and sexual health and has since worked across sectors—including community-based organizations, healthcare, academia, and government—to strengthen systems through participatory training and capacity building. Chioma holds a Master of Education in curriculum development and is a professional facilitator skilled in guiding diverse groups—including youth, families, and public system staff—through collaborative processes that support policy implementation, systems change, and leadership development. Her areas of expertise include racial justice, intersectionality, and community engagement. Chioma specializes in customizing learning experiences—such as trainings, learning communities, and affinity groups—based on the needs and goals of participants. Her facilitation is grounded in adult learning principles, centering interactivity, reflection, and shared ownership. She brings deep experience engaging communities most impacted by health inequities—including Black and Latinx LGBTQ+ individuals, Black immigrants, sex workers, youth, and people who use drugs—and a critical understanding of how intersecting oppressions shape health outcomes.

Allison McMillan

Allison McMillan is a fractional VP of Engineering and Engineering Leadership Consultant with over 25 years of offsite planning and facilitation experience. She’s previously held leadership roles at QuotaPath, DEV, and GitHub. Allison has worn many hats in multiple industries as a community builder, managing director, and software engineer. Allison started a podcast about being a parent in tech, Parent Driven Development, and is an internationally recognized keynote speaker. She is very involved in the Ruby community as a current board member and the former President of Ruby Central.

Fernando Murray

Fernando Murray is a seasoned Designer, Facilitator, and Consultant with over two decades of experience supporting organizations and communities across Brazil, Canada, the United States, and beyond. He specializes in collaborative design, participatory leadership, and group facilitation, working with corporations, non-profits, educational institutions, government agencies, and grassroots organizations to design inclusive and effective processes to navigate complex challenges. Fernando has led and contributed to large-scale engagement processes, leadership development programs, and organizational change initiatives. A highly skilled practitioner of Liberating Structures, horizontal leadership, and virtual collaboration, he has designed and facilitated training for thousands of professionals, helping teams enhance communication, decision-making, and innovation. His leadership in the facilitation field includes serving as Co-Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) North America Conference (2019). His contributions have been recognized with the IAF Facilitation Impact Gold Award (2022) for leading transformative change in Canadian healthcare during COVID-19. Based in Nelson, British Columbia, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family in the breathtaking landscapes of the Rocky Mountains.

Dee Dee Mendez

Dee Dee Mendez worked in Corporate Human Resources for 35 years as both an internal and external program manager and consultant. She specializes in coaching leaders and individual contributors to set intentions and to reach their personal and professional goals in life. Dee Dee has an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Marymount University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. This degree provided her the foundation to develop and implement Human Resources and Organizational Development interventions that support high-performing individuals, teams, and organizations. Dee Dee is very passionate about re-imagining a human-centered Human Resources profession for Human Sustainability, where employees are valued as individual souls and considered more than “headcount” or worse, as FTE’s (Full Time Equivalents). She is also a certified Feng Shui Master with a BTB Feng Shui Practitioner Certification™. With this certification, she has adapted the 5,000 year-old teachings about how to thrive in a stressful world into contemporary and practical personal development tools and techniques for my clients. On a personal level, Dee Dee is a trailblazer in the DIY-parenting space and is leading the way to an alternative way of creating a family. Having been divorced for 10 years and with no relationship prospects on the horizon, she asked a friend if he would be willing to donate so that she could become a mom. Without any doctors or medical professionals involved, Dee Dee conceived her baby at the age of 42.

As founder and CEO of Space Bangkok, a social enterprise, Jenn facilitates tailored processes to help groups make sense of what’s happening, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. With over 25 years of experience and fluency in Thai and English, Jenn and Space Bangkok bring structure, neutrality, and deep cultural insight to the rooms that matter most. Jenn is also an author.

Beth Kanter is a Master Trainer, Speaker, and Author She is an internationally recognized thought leader in networks, digital transformation, philanthropy, wellbeing in the workplace and training.  Beth has over 35 years working in the nonprofit sector in capacity building and has facilitated trainings for thousands of social change activists and nonprofits on every continent in the world. She is an in-demand keynote speaker and workshop leader.    Named one of the most influential women in technology by Fast Company and one of BusinessWeek’s “Voices of Innovation for Social Media,” Beth was Visiting Scholar at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation 2009-2013. She received the lifetime achievement award from NTEN in 2021. She is the author of the award-winning Networked Nonprofit Books “The Happy Healthy Nonprofit:  Strategies for Impact without Burnout” and “The Smart Nonprofit: Staying Human-Centered in an Age of Automation” published by J.Wiley. Her clients include foundations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
