Gabriel DeRita supports leaders at every level to maximize their impact by aligning with purpose, uncovering meaning, and embodying authenticity. Gabe doesn’t fit neatly into standard categories, and his approach draws on many sources of wisdom and practice from his colorful career and background. Rooted in curiosity, experiential learning, and a spirit of play, Gabe’s work creates an atmosphere of trust and depth that allows individuals and teams to unlock potential and dissolve barriers to connection with self and others. He believes we should never silo ourselves, and calls forth his clients to integrate themselves as fully alive human beings in all aspects of their life and work. His experience across many sectors makes his perspective unique. Prior to starting his own coaching practice in 2019, he held management, sales, and consulting roles in the tech, hospitality, and tourism sectors. He’s coached leaders across many industries, from Y-Combinator tech startup founders to Fortune 500 management teams in hospitality, retail, financial services, and healthcare. In addition to his coaching work, Gabe is a seasoned facilitator. He’s created and delivered a wide range of transformational experiences for participants both virtually and in-person around the world; from boardrooms to Burning Man. Gabe is a connection and communication specialist, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Bard College in New York. He is trained in Authentic Relating practices as well as CoActive Coaching, and holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Certification from the International Coach Federation.

Brooke Struck

Brooke Struck is a strategic leadership facilitator with extensive experience guiding organizations through transformative leadership and cultural change. He combines rigorous strategy development with a hands-on, collaborative approach to help leaders and teams achieve alignment, commitment, and meaningful results. Fluent in French and English, he brings a global perspective to leadership development, focusing on enabling organizations to adapt to complex challenges while fostering cultural cohesion.

Mwasilwa Ambali

Mwasilwa Ambali is a bilingual agricultural engineer with over 12 years of experience facilitating projects and workshops across Africa and internationally. He has collaborated with international research institutes, private sector companies, and development agencies to drive innovation and sustainable practices in agriculture. Mwasilwa’s expertise lies in agricultural research, project management, and market intelligence, and he is skilled at leading diverse groups to achieve strategic goals. His facilitation experience spans a range of topics, including seed sector development,policy dialogue, policy dialogue,technical training in agriculture and agro-industry, training in international standards (haccp, ISO eyc) market segmentation, and value chain optimization. Mwasilwa has led successful workshops and facilitated training programs for participants from over 15 countries, including Senegal, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Benin, and beyond. He has worked with stakeholders at all levels, from smallholder farmers to senior leadership, creating an inclusive environment where ideas are shared and practical solutions are developed. Mwasilwa’s work has brought together key players from the private sector, research organizations, and governments, fostering partnerships that have resulted in lasting impacts on agricultural development. His ability to adapt facilitation methods to various cultural and organizational contexts ensures that every session he leads delivers concrete, actionable results.

Saima Nasim

Saima Nasim is a trainer, mediator and facilitator. She owns her own practice, Moeen, that focuses on cultural,religious sensitivities and values in the field of conflict resolution. Saima also works at The National Conflict Resolution Center leading sessions for a variety of clients from HR executives, organizational leads, staff, landlords, students and more. Saima’s focus is on working to resolve cultural and religious conflict, facilitating dialogue and reconciliation across differences in times of conflict and navigating polarized relationships. Saima’s passion for this work stems from being an active community organizer, sitting on several non-profit boards, leading initiatives and programs in her community and witnessing how conflict was a hurdle to growth. Therein Saima received her Master of Science in Conflict Management and Resolution from The University of San Diego. Saima’s focus is to facilitate the process of empowerment that leads to resolution. Her passion for this work is evident with her focus on building relationships between those embroiled in conflict at both the interpersonal and organizational levels. With her education and experience in this field she is able to support this impactful change.
