Michael Fryer

Michael Fryer has been creating spaces in which people can explore the things that really matter for the past 29 years. His work has taken him all over the world and given him an opportunity to gain insights into the core ingredients of healthy teams and communities. He learned his trade in Northern Ireland with The Corrymeela Community, Ireland’s oldest peace and reconciliation center. Their focus on the importance of relationships, and on listening and intentionally creating a space in which new perspectives can emerge, resonated deeply. From 2018-2024 he taught applied skills-based courses as a Professor of Practice at the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. Accompanying and guiding a team as they journey from confusion, frustration and apathy through to engagement, clarity and enthusiasm about their next steps is always such a privilege. Michael focuses on highlighting the links between seemingly random and unrelated ideas, themes and perspectives and then connecting them with the challenges being explored with a team. Through asking better questions, Michael helps teams move past simplistic explanations for complex challenges and transform deeply rooted conflicts and change processes. He has most recently focused on helping senior leaders navigate the inevitable challenges of digital transformation initiatives. He lives in the beautiful mountains near San Diego with his wife Vanessa and young daughters Eloise and Lucette.
Tosca Bruno-van Vijfeijken

Tosca Bruno-van Vijfeijken is an experienced organizational development and change management expert, trainer, and leadership coach, as well as a thought leader and speaker in the international civil society sector. She brings strong knowledge of international development, organizational learning, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and governance, with experience supporting local nonprofits, grantees, community foundations, and international NGOs. She brings advanced level team coaching skills, along with strong strategic, organizational, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
Michael Randel

Michael Randel is a master practitioner with deep experience in organizational change, facilitation and coaching developed over the last 30 years. His work with leaders and their teams across a range of industries in more than 25 countries is valued by his clients for bringing new perspectives, shifting relationships in a positive direction, and making an impact. Michael partners with clients to co-create and implement practical solutions that produce results. He brings a deep appreciation for participatory processes that engage stakeholders and bring ownership for agreements and results. Michael works with client organizations in the science, education, finance, health, public and non-profit arenas. Sample clients include: Amnesty International, AstraZeneca, Brady Center, International Monetary Fund, NASA, Novartis, S.D. Bechtel Jr. Foundation, Save the Children, State Department, United Nations, U.S. Green Building Council and the World Bank. He is a master facilitator, recognized as a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators since 2010 and winner of two Facilitation Impact Awards. He is trained in a wide variety of facilitation and change tools, and is equally adept working in-person and virtually.
