She holds a BSc in Human Resources Administration, certifications in Project Management, Energy Planning and Climate Policy Development and postgraduate studies in Climate Change and Development from the School of Advanced Studies at the University of London.

Grishma Bista is a seasoned global health and development practitioner with 20 years of expertise in capacity building, leadership training, and program management across multiple international settings. With a strong background in areas like primary health, sexual and reproductive health, risk and governance, and financial accountability, Grishma has driven impactful reforms in diverse roles, including as Director of Integrated Care for North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network and Country Director for MSI Timor-Leste. In her roles with organizations such as MSI and CARE International, Grishma has provided high-impact training on topics such as strategic planning, leadership development, financial oversight, governance, and risk management. She has successfully coached senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and cohesive teamwork. Known for her ability to guide teams through complex transitions, including change management and organizational restructuring, Grishma is highly adept at empowering individuals and groups to drive results while meeting global compliance standards. Lesley-Ann is a storyteller, educator and project manager with 15 years of experience in the sustainable development, cultural and creative sectors. Her diverse portfolio comprises multinational projects in the agriculture, climate justice, education, entertainment, and youth development sectors. Her “superpower” is breathing life into audacious ideas that drive culture and communities forward. Her media production and advertising background allowed Lesley-Ann to hone her natural aptitude for engaging people through storytelling. She leverages this expertise experience in her coaching and facilitation practice, working primarily with youth, community-based organisations and international development agencies. Lesley-Ann’s ability to think like an artist and function like an executive makes her a visionary and empathetic leader, able to chart paths into unknown futures while remaining grounded in the realities of accomplishing the task at hand. Lesley-Ann founded Anubis Communications, a boutique agency specialising in cause-related communication. She is also a co-founder of Manifesto Jamaica, an innovative NGO leveraging the arts and culture to teach adaptive 21st-century skills.
