Hayden Humphrey

Hayden Humphrey is an Uplifter, out to help individuals and organizations break out of the script, so they can create differently. Hayden is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator, having designed and delivered hundreds of learning and collaboration experiences over the last ten years with organizations like Whirlpool, GrubHub, HomeChef, and General Assembly. He is especially adept at team-building events, off-site and retreat facilitation, and leadership development programs for new managers. He’s also a highly trained mindset coach, having worked with hundreds of individuals over the last six years on breaking out of their limiting beliefs and reaching their full potential. Hayden is an ACC accredited coach through the International Coach Federation. He currently lives in Columbus, Ohio, where he likes to stay active, read non-fiction, and spend time with his family.
Laura Ines Romero

Laura Inés Romero s an executive coach and leadership development consultant with more than 20 years of international experience leading global teams, driving organizational transformation, and helping leaders thrive in complex, multicultural environments. Drawing on her background in technology, business, and organizational development, she partners with managers and leaders to strengthen self-awareness, build stronger relationships, and create more engaged, high-performing teams. Throughout her career, Laura has held leadership positions at IBM in both Argentina and the United States, as well as at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Argentina and Washington, D.C. She has led globally distributed teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, managing organizations of more than 1,000 professionals while leading initiatives in employee engagement, organizational culture, talent development, diversity and inclusion, Agile transformation, and leadership development. As a certified executive coach with more than six years of coaching experience, Laura combines strategic business thinking with emotional intelligence and deep listening. Her coaching helps leaders navigate change, increase their leadership effectiveness, communicate with greater authenticity, and develop the confidence to lead through uncertainty. She believes that meaningful leadership begins with creating space for reflection, self-awareness, and genuine human connection. In addition to coaching leaders, Laura has trained new coaches, facilitated leadership and creativity workshops, and designed leadership development programs for managers and emerging talent. She also volunteers as a facilitator of an emotional education program for young adults and is the founder of YellowSeeds, where she helps individuals and organizations build more conscious, human-centered workplaces through coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. Laura is an International Coaching Community (ICC) Certified Coach, a Certified Scrum Master, and holds an MBA in Business and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciece. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge business strategy, technology, and human-centered leadership to help individuals and teams grow with purpose and impact.
Pratyay Malakar

Pratyay Malakar (she/they) is an educator, curriculum designer, and education researcher deeply committed to building intersectional, inclusive, and justice-driven learning environments. With 6+ years of experience across the education and development sector, Pratyay has worked with children, teachers, teacher trainers and education systems in roles spanning facilitation, curriculum development, teacher training, and research. She has worked with organizations like Teach For India, Simple Education Foundation, Nirantar, Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation, Language and Learning Foundation, and i-Saksham, designing and leading professional development programs for government and non-profit educators in underserved communities. As a facilitator, Pratyay brings together her grounding in feminist and anti-oppressive pedagogies to create reflective, participatory spaces around themes such as identity, gender, equity, power, youth development, Queer Identities, Allyship and inclusive education. Pratyay is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Ambedkar University Delhi, where her research focuses on reimagining educational practices through the lens of social justice, intersectionality, belonging, and systemic change. Her vision is to transform classrooms, workplaces and institutions into spaces of healing, dialogue, and possibility for all learners—especially those at the margins.

As the founder of her own consulting business in the Netherlands, Varsha specializes in design thinking, innovation coaching, and building impactful solutions that drive measurable results. Muneeb ur Rehman

Muneeb ur Rehman is a multi-disciplinary Applied Performance Facilitator from Pakistan working with the credo ‘Performance-for-All’ for human growth and development across diverse human contexts. From education and welfare to corporations and hospitals, from universities to research centers, he has helped organizations achieve their human potential through customized visceral and embodied methods. The recipients of his facilitation have been marginalized youth, school children, cancer patients, therapists, corporate employees, team leaders, performers, design students and researchers in South Asia, Europe, US, South Africa and Singapore. He has to his credit establishing Pakistan’s first theatre department in a secondary school, working with marginalized youth from violence-stricken region of Lyari in Karachi. In Nepal, he also trained Tibetan refugees in employing drama to refine their pedagogy practice in addition to setting up the collective NepalImprov. In the technological domain, he has partnered with EDCAS PAF KIIT, facilitating researchers there in developing the human component in processes for circuits and systems design. A proponent of pursuing Design Thinking through performance, he has also facilitated design research students at Habib University in exploring and prototyping user insights in the redesign of domestic appliances. As a creative consultant, he facilitates artists, independent creatives and art organizations in harnessing and developing their creative visions. He has mentored students from South Africa, Singapore, Nepal and Pakistan. He is the founder of Dramajik, an Applied Performance Initiative promoting human development through experiential performance approaches. He has presented his pedagogical practice regularly at international forums Singapore Drama Educators Association, Performing the World, Play Perform Learn and Grow, Drama for Life. His research on organic creative practices for organizational and community development was recently published in the anthology Theatre and Democracy by Norwegian University of Science & Technology and University of Witwatersrand. Cherice Hopkins is the founder and CEO of In Harmony, LLC. Cherice believes practicing equity and inclusion is a way of life and embraces the joy and possibility they hold. She has over 12 years of experience providing strategic guidance to leaders and advising on equitable practices. Her background spans both the private and nonprofit sectors including helping Fortune 500 companies foster healthy cultures as an employment law attorney and advancing the rights of and changing narratives about women and people of color as a human rights attorney.
