We take great care in pairing facilitators with the right projects. Our process includes:
Rigorous vetting
Every facilitator completes an application, interview, and reference check. We assess their process expertise, content knowledge, and cultural experience, then place them in a tier (Lead, Co-Lead, Journeyer).
Thoughtful matching
We align facilitators to projects based on process fit, content familiarity, cultural resonance, and experience tier.
Continuous learning
After each project, we gather feedback from both clients and facilitators to strengthen our vetting and matching over time.
