Amanda Beatriz Sánchez Cadenas is a journalist, graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, in Caracas, Venezuela. She has worked in media since 2011 and has been based in Europe since 2020, where she has continued to develop her career as an international correspondent and communications consultant. Her recent journalistic projects (year 2024) focus on the publishing world, exploring topics such as authoritarianism in Latin America and audience research, also in Latin America. She has provided consulting services (year 2024) to European companies, advising them on navigating the Latin American market and building connections with target audiences. In addition to her journalistic and consulting work, Amanda has taken on a project management role, overseeing the on-site establishment of an Austrian agency in Colombia dedicated to representing and scouting young Latin American football players. This project commenced in June 2024 and is ongoing.

Amanda has also been actively involved in humanitarian work. She provided support to Ukrainian refugees arriving in Europe at the beginning of the war, spending time at the Ukrainian borders with Poland, Hungary, and Romania in February and March 2022. Following the devastating February 2023 earthquake that claimed the lives of over 40,000 people in Turkey, she worked in the epicenter zone bordering Syria to assist those affected by the disaster.
