Jacey Spratt bis a facilitator, leadership trainer, and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified career and leadership coach with 25 years of professional experience. Before founding Same Page Consulting in 2016, she spent ten years at Chemonics International and nearly four at DAI Global. As a consultant, she has worked with the World Bank, USAID, USDA, and more than 40 organizations (including for-profits, non-profits, and universities) in a facilitation, leadership training, and organizational development capacity. She also manages a coaching practice focused on client career development, transition, and leadership. Jacey holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. in International Education from Columbia University. She speaks Spanish and basic Japanese and is certified in the Myers Briggs (MBTI) and the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) assessments.
