Jennifer Berman is an experienced coach, facilitator of multi-stakeholder groups, and network weaver. Over the past twenty five years she has worked in a variety of settings as a community organizer, philanthropic advisor, leadership coach, and designer and facilitator of transformative learning journeys. Jennifer’s approach to work is deeply informed by her immersion in systems and complexity theory, an understanding of how adults learn and grow, and a belief in the transformative power of deep collaboration. She is passionate about helping people work for transformational change, supporting individuals and teams to build deep relationships across difference and engage in new ways of collective.
