Industry-wise, she has experience in Hi-tech, Financial services, Internet, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Education, and more. Her coaching hours have reached over 2,000 hours. Before coaching, Laura has more than 25 years of experience as senior HR Executive in cross culture environment based in Asia, including well established and start-ups, enterprises as well as NGOs, where she had been dedicated in people development and leadership enhancement for organizations. The organizations Laura has served included: Schneider Electric, Motorola, COFCO Coca-cola, Lexmark International, SONOS as well as UN Women Guild (in Vienna, as Activity Chairwoman). Laura is passionate with coaching. She believes it’s an immensely powerful journey of transformation. As a passionate Alpine hiker, she understands that reaching new heights requires both guidance and personal determination.
