Reilly Dow is a visual artist, scribe, and graphic facilitator with more than 15 years of international experience supporting organizations to see their ideas, make sense of complexity, and strengthen collective understanding. Founder of Pinkfish, she has worked across four continents with clients such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), GIZ, and the Climate and Land Use Alliance (CLUA).

Reilly specializes in real-time graphic harvesting—capturing dialogue, insights, and strategic thinking through visuals that make conversations clearer, more engaging, and more actionable. She collaborates fluently in English and Spanish and brings a strong grounding in systems thinking, participatory methods, and dialogue-based facilitation. Her interdisciplinary academic background includes a Master’s degree from Royal Roads University and advanced training in scribing, Warm Data, and dialogue with teachers such as Kelvy Bird, Alfredo Carlo, and Dr. William Isaacs.
