Vickey Wilcher is a Fellow Coach and Mentor with the International Authority of Professional Coaches and Mentors and earned her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She is a highly skilled Facilitator and Community Engagement Specialist. With a background in communications, human relations, and human sciences, Vickey brings academic excellence, lived experience and practical insight to her work.

She partners with clients in a collaborative coaching process that helps them recognize their potential, build confidence, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Her approach is rooted in a focus on the client, authenticity, adaptability, and a belief that every person has the capacity to learn, grow, and create a successful life.

In addition to her professional work, she is active in civic and community organizations, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and leadership.

Vickey holds dual B.A. degrees from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., and an M.A. from Hood College. She lives in West Virginia, where she does extensive work with children and families.
