Zoë David-Delves is an equity strategist, facilitator, and community-engaged leader with a decade of experience designing and leading initiatives focused on inclusion, systems change, and social impact. Her work spans nonprofit, research, healthcare-adjacent, and community sectors, with a particular focus on Black and 2SLGBTQI+ communities across Canada.

With a background in organizational development, anti-oppression strategy, and participatory facilitation, Zoë has led national convenings, multi-stakeholder collaborations, and leadership development initiatives that help organizations navigate complexity, strengthen trust, and build more equitable ways of working. They bring a grounded, relational approach to facilitation that centers collaboration, accountability, and meaningful engagement across diverse groups and lived experiences.

She has played pivotal roles in incorporating antiracism, afrocentrism, and Indigenous reconciliation into the strategic planning of organizations in industries such as healthcare, international aid, international development, community arts, academia and school boards
