A global foundation came to us with an ambitious goal: to strengthen digital learning and expand access to meaningful employment through partnerships with ten universities across Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.

We designed and facilitated a process that helped these regional partners find common ground — building trust, aligning priorities, and co-creating roadmaps that reflected their local realities. Our facilitators worked in multiple languages and contexts to ensure everyone’s perspective could shape the plan. The result was a strategy that didn’t just live on paper.
