One Health Summit for global health nonprofit
We partnered with a global health leadership team to design and facilitate the inaugural One Health Summit, an international convening exploring the viability and strategic roadmap for integrated disease surveillance programs. We supported stakeholder alignment, strategic framing, and evidence-based discussion to assess the business case for One Health–based surveillance and control.

Virtual convening for evidence-driven nonprofit
We co-designed and facilitated a three-day virtual gathering of 35 participants focused on connection, collaboration, and shared learning. We emceed the event, created space for authentic dialogue, and adapted in real time through structured daily debriefs. The process included co-design with an executive committee, pre-summit orientations, and training for small-group facilitators, culminating in a synthesis of key insights and recommendations.
Leadership Academy Alumni Summit for global leadership development nonprofit
We worked with the American Express Foundation to design and deliver a dynamic hybrid gathering for the Amex Leadership Academy Alumni community. Over two days, the agenda blended keynote sessions, facilitated conversations, workshops, and engagement activities to deepen connection and co-create a shared vision. Our facilitation team ensured seamless integration of in-person and online participants for an inclusive experience.
