Erin Bresnahan
Erin Bresnahan is a bilingual (English/French) strategic advisor and facilitator whose work bridges evidence, action, and human dynamics. Over 15+ years, she has partnered with foundations, multilateral institutions, civil society organizations,and companies in more than 90 countries. Today, as Co-Founder and COO of AvoMotion Advisory, Erin co-leads a firm serving nonprofits, foundations, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients of all sizes, facilitating strategic planning workshops, board retreats, and multistakeholder convenings. What sets her approach apart is the pairing of rigorous, data-grounded strategy work with genuine facilitation craft: she builds the KPI dashboards and measurement systems a room will need after the workshop ends. Erin holds an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University with a specialization in international development and conflict studies, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Vickey Wilcher
Vickey Wilcher is a Fellow Coach and Mentor with the International Authority of Professional Coaches and Mentors and earned her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She is a highly skilled Facilitator and Community Engagement Specialist. With a background in communications, human relations, and human sciences, Vickey brings academic excellence, lived experience and practical insight to her work. She partners with clients in a collaborative coaching process that helps them recognize their potential, build confidence, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Her approach is rooted in a focus on the client, authenticity, adaptability, and a belief that every person has the capacity to learn, grow, and create a successful life. In addition to her professional work, she is active in civic and community organizations, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and leadership. Vickey holds dual B.A. degrees from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., and an M.A. from Hood College. She lives in West Virginia, where she does extensive work with children and families.

Keara Cormier-Hill is a dynamic, trauma-informed facilitator with over 15 years of experience creating inclusive, engaging, and strategically grounded learning environments. With a background in sociology, adolescent counseling, and design research, she brings a rare blend of warmth, critical inquiry, and systems thinking to every space she holds. Mark Hecker is a social worker and educator with varied and extensive leadership experience. A former DC Social Worker of the Year, Mark’s work has been recognized by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Aspen Institute. As the Founding Executive Director of Reach Incorporated, Mark built and led an innovative and impactful organization that won multiple, national awards and gave hundreds of teens the opportunity to demonstrate leadership in their communities. He holds an A.B. from Duke University, an M.S.W. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an Ed.M from Harvard University.
Carlos Gaviria
Carlos Gaviria has more than 25 years of experience facilitating group processes with individual contributors, middle and senior management. He has a lot of experience and learning in Experiential Education, Team Coaching, Consultative Sales, Strategic Planning and Leadership, in Colombia, Spain, Panama and Venezuela, creating spaces for learning and personal growth. Carlos has been Director of Campamento La Llanada for more than 20 years exercising management roles, season planning, development of soft skills in children and young people between 6 and 18 years of age. He also served in the Venezuelan Camp Association. He was involved in the design process in the Peace Camps in Colombia, promoted by the National Government of Colombia together with the Former President-Juan Manuel Santos. Carlos used to be a pharmaceutical consultant. He is bilingual, with specialization in Organizational Development and Certification as a Team Coach. Carlos is a person guided by values, he is passionate about continuous learning and superior principles that drive transformation and excellence at a personal and organizational level. Carlos is convinced that to generate awareness in work teams, learning must be generated based on their own experiences and thanks to the disciplined practice of routines, the desired habits are generated.
Zoe Jarvis
Zoë Jarvis is an experienced community development practitioner and values-based leadership facilitator with over a decade of experience working across grassroots, governmental, and international contexts. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of a UK-based Charity and as Partnerships Facilitator and Quality Assurance Lead at Columba 1400, where she designs and delivers leadership programs for young people and key adult stakeholders across Scotland. Her career has spanned a range of impactful roles—from coordinating GBV crisis response in the Middle East with Women’s Crisis Care International, to protection case management with the Danish Refugee Council in Myanmar, to community engagement across vulnerable populations in Glasgow, Scotland.. A skilled facilitator and trainer, Zoë specialises in enabling transformational change in complex adaptive systems. She brings expertise in designing participatory processes that foster emergent solutions, cultivate trust and collaboration, and support systems to adapt and evolve in response to dynamic challenges. Her work spans diverse themes including protection monitoring, trauma-informed care, cross-sectional leadership, and community-based development. She has extensive experience in social partnership building, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, and advocacy. Her achievements include technical leadership in establishing Bahrain’s first contextualized GBV crisis response centre, co-founding two women-led community centres in South Africa, and designing interdisciplinary training and resources for social workers, legal professionals, and humanitarian teams globally. Zoë holds a Master’s in Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding from Oxford Brookes University/UNITAR, where she graduated with the highest classification, and has received multiple academic awards including the Max Pollok Memorial Prize and Ruth First Prize for her work in social justice and community development.

Beatrice Roby
Originally from Toulouse, Béatrice Roby obtained her Master 2 degree from Toulouse Business School in France. Direct and tenacious by nature, her professional journey is marked by two distinct phases. The first, in salaried positions based in Paris, included numerous professional assignments in the United States, Asia, and Northern Europe. She began her career as a financial auditor at KPMG Paris and later became Financial Director overseeing 12 subsidiaries at SAFT. Following a professional retraining validated by a second Master in Training Engineering and Employment Services, Béatrice transitioned into a new role as European Director in charge of compensation. This stage of her career was focused on professional development and career growth. At the age of 40, Béatrice’s path led her to Africa—specifically Mali—marking the beginning of a new entrepreneurial chapter dedicated to human capital. As the founder and director of the HR consulting firm BR CONSULTING, she carries out missions in Human Resources, recruitment, training, and, since 2020, coaching. Her work spans Mali and the broader French-speaking West African region.
