Erin Bresnahan

Erin Bresnahan is a bilingual (English/French) strategic advisor and facilitator whose work bridges evidence, action, and human dynamics. Over 15+ years, she has partnered with foundations, multilateral institutions, civil society organizations,and companies in more than 90 countries. Today, as Co-Founder and COO of AvoMotion Advisory, Erin co-leads a firm serving nonprofits, foundations, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients of all sizes, facilitating strategic planning workshops, board retreats, and multistakeholder convenings. What sets her approach apart is the pairing of rigorous, data-grounded strategy work with genuine facilitation craft: she builds the KPI dashboards and measurement systems a room will need after the workshop ends. Erin holds an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University with a specialization in international development and conflict studies, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.

 Kāvya Raman

Kāvya Raman believes design is the use of power to shape what’s possible. She designs and facilitates spaces for change with organizations, movements, governments, and communities learning how to become good future ancestors. Her work focuses on shaping strategies, practices, and ways of working that help people and institutions cross thresholds with care, courage, and imagination. Over the past fifteen years, Kāvya has lived and worked across war zones and megacities including Afghanistan, Myanmar, Turkey, Jordan, Haiti, Egypt, Italy, and the United States, navigating cultures, languages, and ways of knowing, being, and belonging. Her experience spans social impact design, facilitation, coaching, organizational leadership, and program strategy with nonprofits, foundations, international organizations, and governments, including collaborations with The International Rescue Committee, The Gates Foundation, Oxfam International, Global Affairs Canada, and the U.S. Department of State. Her superpower is adaptation.

Darla Marburger is a seasoned facilitator, mediator, and impact strategist who has guided more than 300 hours of strategic planning, team building, and cross-functional alignment for nonprofits, government agencies, and commercial organizations. As President and Founder of Greater for Good, she helps mission-driven organizations sharpen their strategy, strengthen team cohesion, and work more effectively toward meaningful impact. With 12 years of nonprofit capacity-building, 12 years of analytics consulting, and a decade shaping state and federal education policy, Darla brings a rare blend of systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, and human-centered facilitation. She is a trained mediator and a valued practitioner of the Better Teams™ team building model, helping disjointed teams build trust, clarity, and connection for a work experience that is more productive and fulfilling. A former Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education, she has led high-stakes initiatives, managed billion-dollar grant programs, and represented organizations through numerous speaking engagements—from Congressional hearings to national associations. Known for her calm presence, analytical insight, and ability to synthesize diverse viewpoints, Darla helps groups quickly feel understood and confidently move toward shared solutions. A nonprofit strategist, philanthropic advisor, and keynote speaker with 20+ years of tactical experience, Darian has supported transformational initiatives across the sector. He launched Craigslist Foundation’s acclaimed Nonprofit Boot Camp as their ED, helped the UN develop the SDGs around climate and gender, co-founded 2XGlobal to funnel billions to women-led businesses, and helped direct over $200M to Black-led nonprofits. As a thought leader, he has keynoted globally and authored the bestselling Nonprofit Management 101 and Nonprofit Fundraising 101, establishing himself as a trusted voice for mission-driven leaders worldwide. Through his consultancy Helping People Help, Darian provides executive coaching and consulting specializing in AI implementation, fundraising, board development, and strategic planning for mission-led organizations. More recently, Darian authored his newest bestselling book, AI for Nonprofits (Wiley, 2025), featuring insights from 57 sector leaders and actionable strategies for using AI to advance fundraising, marketing, program delivery, and operations. As founder of AI4NP.org—a fiscally sponsored initiative by NTEN—he’s building a digital Learning Hub for AI for good resources and launching a national Learning Lab series to build sector capacity around responsible AI adoption.

Ann Hillary Lewis Monge

Ann Hillary Lewis Monge is an experienced organizational coach and team facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, teams, and social organizations across Latin America. She holds a Master in Business Administration from EAE Business School in Barcelona and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Ann specializes in organizational transformation, capacity building, mentoring, and facilitation, using frameworks such as Management 3.0, Agile, Theory U, and Design Thinking. She has designed and led dynamic learning processes, including workshops, Communities of Practice, and group coaching sessions, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and applied learning in diverse contexts. Her professional experience spans roles as a Change Management Consultant at FIFCO, Organizational Transformation Facilitator at World Vision, Projects and Innovation Manager at Aldesa, and Organizational Development Coach at Kubadili, where she has guided social organizations on leadership, resilience, and strategic growth. She has also facilitated international youth leadership programs and large-scale agile community events, including Ágiles Latam 2024. Ann is a bilingual facilitator, fluent in Spanish and professionally proficient in English. She holds certifications in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), Project Management (CAPM®), Lean Change Management, Design Thinking, Management 3.0, OKR Professional Certification, and Graphic Facilitation. Her work focuses on enabling organizations and teams to realize their full potential through people-centered change, inclusive facilitation, and innovative learning strategies that strengthen collective impact.

Carmen Franco

Carmen Franco is passionate about co-creating transformative experiences with her clients, helping organizations and leaders explore their potential to increase their impact. Using her varied background and experiences in start-ups, Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations. Carmen is committed to enhancing organizations, your practice, team, and/or company via 1:1 and/or team coaching — be it face-to-face or virtual. Having lived and worked in other countries, like Puerto Rico, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia, speaking multiple languages, Carmen also has a unique awareness and sensitivity to coach effectively in cross-cultural business environments. Her coaching approach draws on her keen understanding of leadership, organizational culture, business, diversity, equity and inclusion, social justice, teams, and individual change. Carmen embraces diversity and is a champion for psychologically safe, respectful, inclusive workplaces.  In addition to clients across the U.S. She has clients in many countries, including China, Singapore, France, Germany, India, Philippines, and Saudi Arabia.

Victor Udoewa

Victor Udoewa is a Principal Service Designer in the Office of Public Health Data, Surveillance, and Technology at the CDC and a Senior Fellow at the International Computer Science Institute. Before that, he was the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and Service Design Lead of the NASA Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Research (SBIR/STTR) Programs. Before NASA, he was Director of Strategy at 18F, a civic consultancy for and inside the federal government. He started the education business unit, developed a line of educational products and services, directed strategy, managed the digital strategists’ practice, and served as a designer and strategist on partner projects. Previously, as a Global Education Instructional Designer and Training Development Specialist at Google, he designed learning experiences for people in low-to-middle-income countries around the world. The education could range from experiences covering how to develop web applications and how to use the internet to improve teaching and learning, to experiences exploring how to use internet technologies in post-disaster emergency response situations as well as global digital literacy. As a part of that work, he also advised Google in global energy and access work. Prior to Google he served at USAID and DHS as a science & technology policy advisor and development engineer focusing on infrastructure, post-disaster reconstruction, climate neutrality and global health. Building on his time teaching in secondary schools, he sometimes teaches teachers as an educational specialist and adjunct professor of education focusing on science and math education through classes, workshops, and video series. He still conducts and publishes engineering, design, or education research and is a certified health crisis and trauma counselor focusing (HIV/AIDS, miscarriage, etc.). Pre-COVID, he enjoyed singing in his male a cappella group and teaching salsa classes on the weekend. He still enjoys time with his wonderful family and his local choir.

Guayana Páez-Acosta

Guayana Páez-Acosta is a sustainability and wellbeing professional, entrepreneur, facilitator, yogini, student and teacher. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of sustainability, she has worked in Latin America and the United States with academic, philanthropic and civil society organizations, businesses, and multisector alliances. Guayana earned a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London, UCL, UK (2004) and a degree in sociology from the Andres Bello Catholic University, UCAB, Vzla (1999). A yogini and meditator, she developed and offers the AL Natural Mindful Practices Program combining her passion and long-time commitment to practicing yoga, meditation, and holistic health. She has completed advanced training in these fields as well: she is a certified Advanced Yoga Teacher (RYT 500 hr.) by the International Yoga Alliance, a mindfulness mentor through the Banyan Sangha, and an integrative health coach through IIN. She cultivates a daily practice that includes asana, pranayama, meditation and energy work through several modalities. She is also a member of the Miami-based Sangha in the Buddhist Plum Village Tradition. Passionate about personal transformation and social change, she is the founder of Athena Lab for Social Change, a social enterprise that serves leaders, organizations and companies in their transition towards more sustainable ways of Being and Doing, and changes in vision and practice in order to generate positive impacts for themselves, as well as positive social, environmental and economic impacts with their projects, businesses and investments. She is also co-founder of the Venezuela B Community, which promotes an impact economy supported by triple impact business in Venezuela and among the Venezuelan diaspora. In her work, she combines her field experience with communities, collaborative research, design and management in institutional and multicultural contexts, as well as contemplative and embodied practices for expanded individual and collective awareness in support of transformation processes and systems change.
