Kāvya Raman
Kāvya Raman believes design is the use of power to shape what’s possible. She designs and facilitates spaces for change with organizations, movements, governments, and communities learning how to become good future ancestors. Her work focuses on shaping strategies, practices, and ways of working that help people and institutions cross thresholds with care, courage, and imagination. Over the past fifteen years, Kāvya has lived and worked across war zones and megacities including Afghanistan, Myanmar, Turkey, Jordan, Haiti, Egypt, Italy, and the United States, navigating cultures, languages, and ways of knowing, being, and belonging. Her experience spans social impact design, facilitation, coaching, organizational leadership, and program strategy with nonprofits, foundations, international organizations, and governments, including collaborations with The International Rescue Committee, The Gates Foundation, Oxfam International, Global Affairs Canada, and the U.S. Department of State. Her superpower is adaptation.
Vickey Wilcher
Vickey Wilcher is a Fellow Coach and Mentor with the International Authority of Professional Coaches and Mentors and earned her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She is a highly skilled Facilitator and Community Engagement Specialist. With a background in communications, human relations, and human sciences, Vickey brings academic excellence, lived experience and practical insight to her work. She partners with clients in a collaborative coaching process that helps them recognize their potential, build confidence, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Her approach is rooted in a focus on the client, authenticity, adaptability, and a belief that every person has the capacity to learn, grow, and create a successful life. In addition to her professional work, she is active in civic and community organizations, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and leadership. Vickey holds dual B.A. degrees from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., and an M.A. from Hood College. She lives in West Virginia, where she does extensive work with children and families.

Through his consultancy Helping People Help, Darian provides executive coaching and consulting specializing in AI implementation, fundraising, board development, and strategic planning for mission-led organizations. More recently, Darian authored his newest bestselling book, AI for Nonprofits (Wiley, 2025), featuring insights from 57 sector leaders and actionable strategies for using AI to advance fundraising, marketing, program delivery, and operations. As founder of AI4NP.org—a fiscally sponsored initiative by NTEN—he’s building a digital Learning Hub for AI for good resources and launching a national Learning Lab series to build sector capacity around responsible AI adoption.

Anamaria Aristizabal is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Facilitator, Author, and Change Agent. She is the founder of Re-Vision Academy, which offers a new approach to purpose, leadership, and human development. She also works with New Ventures West, a world class coaching school, as a coach and coach trainer. She is an Art of Hosting practitioner and trainer, with extensive experience designing and facilitating powerful learning journeys for different groups.
Zoe Jarvis
Zoë Jarvis is an experienced community development practitioner and values-based leadership facilitator with over a decade of experience working across grassroots, governmental, and international contexts. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of a UK-based Charity and as Partnerships Facilitator and Quality Assurance Lead at Columba 1400, where she designs and delivers leadership programs for young people and key adult stakeholders across Scotland. Her career has spanned a range of impactful roles—from coordinating GBV crisis response in the Middle East with Women’s Crisis Care International, to protection case management with the Danish Refugee Council in Myanmar, to community engagement across vulnerable populations in Glasgow, Scotland.. A skilled facilitator and trainer, Zoë specialises in enabling transformational change in complex adaptive systems. She brings expertise in designing participatory processes that foster emergent solutions, cultivate trust and collaboration, and support systems to adapt and evolve in response to dynamic challenges. Her work spans diverse themes including protection monitoring, trauma-informed care, cross-sectional leadership, and community-based development. She has extensive experience in social partnership building, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, and advocacy. Her achievements include technical leadership in establishing Bahrain’s first contextualized GBV crisis response centre, co-founding two women-led community centres in South Africa, and designing interdisciplinary training and resources for social workers, legal professionals, and humanitarian teams globally. Zoë holds a Master’s in Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding from Oxford Brookes University/UNITAR, where she graduated with the highest classification, and has received multiple academic awards including the Max Pollok Memorial Prize and Ruth First Prize for her work in social justice and community development.
Judy Watts
Judy Watts is a doctoral candidate in the school of communication at The Ohio State University where she studies the persuasive effects of entertainment and narratives on individuals. More specifically, she studies children’s learning from educational media and adult attitudes on social topics as a result of media exposure. Judy is primarily a quantitative researcher with experience in qualitative methods. Before pursuing her Ph.D., Ms. Watts worked in local government agencies in Bend, Oregon and Little Rock, Arkansas where she directed outreach efforts to capture public feedback on long-term community planning processes. Ms. Watts has previously been active on several boards involving organizing an annual Earth Day event as well as founding Yogathon Arkansas, a nonprofit that encourages people to try yoga classes. In her spare time, Judy enjoys time with her rescue dog Simon, attempting to grow a vegetable garden, and vegan cooking.
Mira Bangel
Mira (German/Iranian, based in Spain) is an experienced process facilitator and team coach, passionate about fostering participation, authenticity and collaboration for a meaningful purpose. She is convinced that collaboration and effective participatory processes can help us cope with the world’s most pressing challenges. With 16 years of experience in the development of active communities, business and entrepreneurship across Europe, Mira is an expert (and constant learner) in the development of collaboration processes, and in the co-creation and meaningful transformation of teams and organisations. Mira enjoys supporting organisations and groups that feel ‘stuck’ and face challenges and faces intellectual, systemic and human complexity with enthusiasm. Mira is an Art of Hosting (participatory leadership) host and a trainer of Sociocracy 3.0, Design Thinking and non-violent communication. For the past 5 years she has been supporting the European Commission as facilitator and consultant for knowledge management strategies, decision making, process consultancy, communities of practice and organisational change. Mira has lived and worked in 14 countries around the globe, holds a Bachelor degree in Communication Management, a Master of Science in Environmental Decision Making, is certified SCRUM Master and currently in the certification process with CNVC. Mira is co-founder of SenseTribe, she is also fluent in 6 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Dutch.
