Beatrice Roby

Originally from Toulouse, Béatrice Roby obtained her Master 2 degree from Toulouse Business School in France. Direct and tenacious by nature, her professional journey is marked by two distinct phases. The first, in salaried positions based in Paris, included numerous professional assignments in the United States, Asia, and Northern Europe. She began her career as a financial auditor at KPMG Paris and later became Financial Director overseeing 12 subsidiaries at SAFT. Following a professional retraining validated by a second Master in Training Engineering and Employment Services, Béatrice transitioned into a new role as European Director in charge of compensation. This stage of her career was focused on professional development and career growth. At the age of 40, Béatrice’s path led her to Africa—specifically Mali—marking the beginning of a new entrepreneurial chapter dedicated to human capital. As the founder and director of the HR consulting firm BR CONSULTING, she carries out missions in Human Resources, recruitment, training, and, since 2020, coaching. Her work spans Mali and the broader French-speaking West African region. She is also deeply committed to actions that promote zero waste living.
Pratyay Malakar

Pratyay Malakar (she/they) is an educator, curriculum designer, and education researcher deeply committed to building intersectional, inclusive, and justice-driven learning environments. With 6+ years of experience across the education and development sector, Pratyay has worked with children, teachers, teacher trainers and education systems in roles spanning facilitation, curriculum development, teacher training, and research. She has worked with organizations like Teach For India, Simple Education Foundation, Nirantar, Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation, Language and Learning Foundation, and i-Saksham, designing and leading professional development programs for government and non-profit educators in underserved communities. As a facilitator, Pratyay brings together her grounding in feminist and anti-oppressive pedagogies to create reflective, participatory spaces around themes such as identity, gender, equity, power, youth development, Queer Identities, Allyship and inclusive education. Pratyay is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Ambedkar University Delhi, where her research focuses on reimagining educational practices through the lens of social justice, intersectionality, belonging, and systemic change. Her vision is to transform classrooms, workplaces and institutions into spaces of healing, dialogue, and possibility for all learners—especially those at the margins.
Sherilyn Siy

Sherilyn Siy is a writer, educator, and facilitator with a deep foundation in psychology and a passion for fostering thoughtful, inclusive spaces. Drawing on over two decades of experience across Asia, she has guided individuals and groups through learning journeys that promote reflection, connection, and action. Sherilyn holds a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) from Ateneo de Manila University. Her academic foundation, coupled with her SYLFF Fellowship, has informed her work in education, research, and community engagement. She has led participatory research on voter sentiment, designed learning experiences for the SYLFF global leadership community, and supported Indigenous community visioning in the Philippines. Sherilyn is a certified educator with the Gottman Institute, facilitating workshops that support healthy relationships and family dynamics. She has played an integral role in the annual Women’s Conference in Japan, growing from participant to storytelling workshop leader and event organizer. In 2014, she led the first Philippine Food Bank Symposium, mobilizing stakeholders to explore food security through the lens of community resilience. With training in qualitative research, environmental education, and group dynamics, Sherilyn brings both insight and sensitivity to her facilitation. Whether in classrooms, cross-cultural gatherings, or advocacy-driven spaces, her approach is rooted in empathy, equity, and care.
Micheline Ntiru

Micheline Ntiru is an impact leader with over 20 years of professional experience across Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. She has held leadership positions with multinationals and leading NGOs such as Nokia and Care International respectively, as well as with startups and academia. Fluent in nine languages—including Swahili, French, Spanish, and Portuguese—Micheline considers herself a global citizen and delights in working across diverse cultures. Micheline currently serves as a senior facilitator, leading strategic workshops for senior C suite founders and leaders as well as managers of non for profit organisations globally. As facilitator with Stanford Unversity, she led over 90 workshops for founders and C-suite leaders across 20 countries in Africa and India. Workshop topics included strategic leadership development, change management, crosscultural communication, human centric design, corporate governance, innovative finance approaches and impact investment, among others. Furthermore, Micheline is a certified executive coach, offering executive coaching to corporates, small businesses, and non-profit professionals from Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Most of her coaching relates to helping leaders cultivate confidence and authority to enhance their impact within their organizations as well as improving self-awareness, empathy and wellness. Key clients for her coaching include Yale University, Stanford University, One Acre Fund, Care International KCB Bank as well as The Gates Foundation. Micheline is also a public health specialist and has deep technical expertise as an operator in the healthcare and agribusiness sectors with UNICEF and in development finance and impact finance with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She has led this work across 40 countries in Africa and 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, Micheline serves as a keynote speaker and moderator at prominent forums such as the UN General Assembly, COP, Africa Tech Summit and Women Who Build Africa among others. Micheline is a Venture Partner with the impact funds Delta 40 and eHA Impact Ventures (EIV), where she focuses on advising startups in the agricultural, green energy and health sectors. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Micheline co-founded “We Three Queens of Africa,” a women’s social enterprise and multimedia platform dedicated to empowering and mentoring women while showcasing African narratives. Her insights into social enterprise and business have been featured in BBC Africa, New Vision, and the Stanford Review. She is also an experienced board member andserves as a non-executive director of E Health Group, I&M Bank Uganda, among other organizations. Micheline holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK and a BSc from Mt Holyoke College and is passionate about education, south-south partnerships, wellness and empowering young girls and women.
Grishma Bista

Grishma Bista is a seasoned global health and development practitioner with 20 years of expertise in capacity building, leadership training, and program management across multiple international settings. With a strong background in areas like primary health, sexual and reproductive health, risk and governance, and financial accountability, Grishma has driven impactful reforms in diverse roles, including as Director of Integrated Care for North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network and Country Director for MSI Timor-Leste. In her roles with organizations such as MSI and CARE International, Grishma has provided high-impact training on topics such as strategic planning, leadership development, financial oversight, governance, and risk management. She has successfully coached senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and cohesive teamwork. Known for her ability to guide teams through complex transitions, including change management and organizational restructuring, Grishma is highly adept at empowering individuals and groups to drive results while meeting global compliance standards. Emefa Modey

Dr. Emefa Modey is a public health professional and academic with focus on Maternal and child health, specifically, Family planning, Sexual and Reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and cardiovascular diseases in pregnancy. Her research spans several critical areas, including Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, and cardiovascular diseases during pregnancy. Emefa is currently a lecturer at the University of Ghana, School of Public Health in the department of Population family and reproductive health (PFRH). She is also an honorary assistant Professor at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) in the faculty of Epidemiology and Population Health and a team member of the LSHTM Communications and Student Experiences workstream, as part of the joint Online MSc in Sexual Reproductive Health Policy and Programming (SRHPP). In addition to her teaching roles, she is a faculty member of the World Health Organisation Human Reproduction Programme (WHO HRP) Alliance for research capacity building scholarship scheme, where she mentors students. She is actively engaged with the Policy Imperatives Working Group (PIWG),of the Africa Research, Implementation Science, and Education Network (ARISE). As a passionate advocate for equitable access to health care and minimizing health disparities, she has a deep sense of empathy and cultural competence. She actively engages in initiatives focused on her mission of transforming and advancing development and healthier societies in Africa, with a commitment to reducing disparities, enhancing health outcomes for women and children, and building local capacity. Emefa holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of Ghana School of public health, department of Population, Family & Reproductive Health. Her academic journey includes a Master of Science in International Health from the University of Leeds Nuffield Centre for International Health and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
Regina Solares

Regina Solares began facilitating trainings in 2014, from the position she held in one of the largest telecommunications companies in Guatemala. In 2016 she physically experienced the impact of stress in her life, which led her after ten years in the corporate world to seek balance again. Today Regina facilitates innovative and disruptive programs that generate positive social changes through the development of Emotional Intelligence & Conscious Leadership, based on studies and techniques of Neuroscience and Mindfulness, which help strengthen emotional and mental resilience in individuals, thus achieving teams interact in a more conscious, connected and compassionate way, so that they can contribute with their maximum potential to the well-being and productivity sustainability of organizations. She is a certified teacher from the “SIY Leadership Institute” born in Google, Berkeley, and a certified facilitator from the Organization “The Global Minds Collective”, Canada, organizations focused on the development of Socio-Emotional learning, Mindfulness and Neuroscience. Regina got certified as a Master Practitioner in NLP, and Business, Executive & Life Coaching. She has a Masters in International Business, graduated from –EAE-, Spain, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade (UFM). Regina is part of the first class of the “Inner MBA on Conscious Business and Leadership” at NYU, where she had the privilege and honor of being able to train with leading mentors in their areas such as Daniel Goleman, Scott Shute (former Director of Mindfulness Programs at LinkedIn ) and Jeremy Hunter, among others. Being able to contribute to creating a more conscious and compassionate world, through organizations and individuals, is the engine that drives her life and her work. Regina is a passionate compassion advocate, autoimmune disease survivor, and loves nature and meditation.
Camille Lemouchoux-Heffer

Camille Lemouchoux-Heffer is a freelance professional coach, trainer and consultant and the founder of Mind Your Mind and Cofounder of the collective Perspectives Coaching. She works part-time with the Centre of Humanitarian Leadership (CHL, Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia) since 2019 and is responsible for the coaching and mentoring component of the Graduate Course in Humanitarian Leadership (GCHL) and the Crisis Leadership Programme (CLP). In that capacity, she is responsible for academic teaching, training, coaching and supervising teams of professional coaches supporting experienced humanitarian actors during their studies. Camille also works with Terre des Hommes Switzerland providing tailored coaching and training to managers to prevent stress and burn-out. Camille has more than 20 years’ experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, having worked for various organizations in the field and in HQ in management positions before becoming an independent consultant. Camille was previously Eurasia Unit Manager for Médecins du Monde France, Director of the Quality Accountability and Learning department in War Child Holland and Country Director for War Child in Israel and Palestine, Colombia, Sierra Leone, specializing in Child Protection, Education and Partnerships with local/national organizations. As a professional coach, Camille specializes in leadership development, team management, prevention of burn-out, staff wellbeing and career transitions within or outside the development and humanitarian sectors. Camille holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Paris VI), a Master in Public Health and Health Services Research (University of Aberdeen, Scotland), and is a certified Master Coach. She’s Hogan certified, and is trained in team and organizational coaching.
