Erin Bresnahan
Erin Bresnahan is a bilingual (English/French) strategic advisor and facilitator whose work bridges evidence, action, and human dynamics. Over 15+ years, she has partnered with foundations, multilateral institutions, civil society organizations,and companies in more than 90 countries. Today, as Co-Founder and COO of AvoMotion Advisory, Erin co-leads a firm serving nonprofits, foundations, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients of all sizes, facilitating strategic planning workshops, board retreats, and multistakeholder convenings. What sets her approach apart is the pairing of rigorous, data-grounded strategy work with genuine facilitation craft: she builds the KPI dashboards and measurement systems a room will need after the workshop ends. Erin holds an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University with a specialization in international development and conflict studies, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Kāvya Raman
Kāvya Raman believes design is the use of power to shape what’s possible. She designs and facilitates spaces for change with organizations, movements, governments, and communities learning how to become good future ancestors. Her work focuses on shaping strategies, practices, and ways of working that help people and institutions cross thresholds with care, courage, and imagination. Over the past fifteen years, Kāvya has lived and worked across war zones and megacities including Afghanistan, Myanmar, Turkey, Jordan, Haiti, Egypt, Italy, and the United States, navigating cultures, languages, and ways of knowing, being, and belonging. Her experience spans social impact design, facilitation, coaching, organizational leadership, and program strategy with nonprofits, foundations, international organizations, and governments, including collaborations with The International Rescue Committee, The Gates Foundation, Oxfam International, Global Affairs Canada, and the U.S. Department of State. Her superpower is adaptation.
Danette Wilkins Marte
Danette Wilkins Marte (they/them, elle, elu) is an expansive strategist, intuitive facilitator, and liberatory changemaker with over 20 years of experience providing strategic, technical, programmatic, and operational support to diverse organizations and groups and implementing research, programming, and training across the globe (primarily Central America, North America, South America, and Southern Africa). Prior to consulting, Danette worked with U.S. government agencies (U.S Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Peace Corps), consulting firms (Cultural Practice, Tetra Tech), international non-governmental organizations (Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs), and academic institutions (Emory University, Johns Hopkins University) addressing a wide range of health and development areas including agriculture and economic growth, democracy and governance, education, environment and natural resources, and health (e.g., animal disease preparedness and response, gender-based violence, mental health and psychosocial support, sexual and reproductive health). They also have demonstrated experience in gender mainstreaming and integration (e.g., men’s and boys’ engagement, women’s and girls’ empowerment), social and behavior change (e.g., entertainment education, gender transformative approaches, provider behavior change), and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (e.g., gender equality, disability, and social inclusion, gender and sexuality diversity, and LGBTQI+ inclusion). Danette holds a bachelor of arts degree in Hispanic Studies and Government from the College of William and Mary, a graduate diploma in Gender and Development from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) in Ecuador, and a master of public health degree in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University. Outside of formal schooling and training, they pursue informal learning through popular education and self-directed learning. As an Afrodiasporic child of immigrants and working-class people, Danette’s approach to facilitation values the wisdom of lived experience and centers humility, curiosity, empathy, authenticity, and respect.
Nkiruka Stella Okonkwo
Nkiruka Stella Okonkwo is a seasoned development consultant, facilitator, and nonprofit leader with nearly two decades of experience across gender equity, policy development, and youth and women empowerment. She is the founder of Fresh & Young Brains Development Initiative and managing consultant at Alexijan Consults, where she leads strategic planning, policy reviews, and capacity-building initiatives for government agencies and civil society organizations. Recognized for her expertise in facilitation and stakeholder engagement, Nkiruka has moderated high-level dialogues for institutions such as the United Nations, the African Union, and various national policy platforms. Her facilitation work spans critical themes such as climate change, gender equality, SDGs, and governance—guiding multi-stakeholder conversations with clarity and inclusivity. She holds advanced qualifications in social work, law, development policy, and leadership, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Humanitarian and Development Studies. Darian Rodriguez Heyman
A nonprofit strategist, philanthropic advisor, and keynote speaker with 20+ years of tactical experience, Darian has supported transformational initiatives across the sector. He launched Craigslist Foundation’s acclaimed Nonprofit Boot Camp as their ED, helped the UN develop the SDGs around climate and gender, co-founded 2XGlobal to funnel billions to women-led businesses, and helped direct over $200M to Black-led nonprofits. As a thought leader, he has keynoted globally and authored the bestselling Nonprofit Management 101 and Nonprofit Fundraising 101, establishing himself as a trusted voice for mission-driven leaders worldwide. Through his consultancy Helping People Help, Darian provides executive coaching and consulting specializing in AI implementation, fundraising, board development, and strategic planning for mission-led organizations. More recently, Darian authored his newest bestselling book, AI for Nonprofits (Wiley, 2025), featuring insights from 57 sector leaders and actionable strategies for using AI to advance fundraising, marketing, program delivery, and operations. As founder of AI4NP.org—a fiscally sponsored initiative by NTEN—he’s building a digital Learning Hub for AI for good resources and launching a national Learning Lab series to build sector capacity around responsible AI adoption.
Ann Hillary Lewis Monge
Ann Hillary Lewis Monge is an experienced organizational coach and team facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, teams, and social organizations across Latin America. She holds a Master in Business Administration from EAE Business School in Barcelona and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Ann specializes in organizational transformation, capacity building, mentoring, and facilitation, using frameworks such as Management 3.0, Agile, Theory U, and Design Thinking. She has designed and led dynamic learning processes, including workshops, Communities of Practice, and group coaching sessions, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and applied learning in diverse contexts. Her professional experience spans roles as a Change Management Consultant at FIFCO, Organizational Transformation Facilitator at World Vision, Projects and Innovation Manager at Aldesa, and Organizational Development Coach at Kubadili, where she has guided social organizations on leadership, resilience, and strategic growth. She has also facilitated international youth leadership programs and large-scale agile community events, including Ágiles Latam 2024. Ann is a bilingual facilitator, fluent in Spanish and professionally proficient in English. She holds certifications in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), Project Management (CAPM®), Lean Change Management, Design Thinking, Management 3.0, OKR Professional Certification, and Graphic Facilitation. Zoe Jarvis
Zoë Jarvis is an experienced community development practitioner and values-based leadership facilitator with over a decade of experience working across grassroots, governmental, and international contexts. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of a UK-based Charity and as Partnerships Facilitator and Quality Assurance Lead at Columba 1400, where she designs and delivers leadership programs for young people and key adult stakeholders across Scotland. Her career has spanned a range of impactful roles—from coordinating GBV crisis response in the Middle East with Women’s Crisis Care International, to protection case management with the Danish Refugee Council in Myanmar, to community engagement across vulnerable populations in Glasgow, Scotland.. A skilled facilitator and trainer, Zoë specialises in enabling transformational change in complex adaptive systems. She brings expertise in designing participatory processes that foster emergent solutions, cultivate trust and collaboration, and support systems to adapt and evolve in response to dynamic challenges. Her work spans diverse themes including protection monitoring, trauma-informed care, cross-sectional leadership, and community-based development. She has extensive experience in social partnership building, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, and advocacy. Her achievements include technical leadership in establishing Bahrain’s first contextualized GBV crisis response centre, co-founding two women-led community centres in South Africa, and designing interdisciplinary training and resources for social workers, legal professionals, and humanitarian teams globally. Zoë holds a Master’s in Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding from Oxford Brookes University/UNITAR, where she graduated with the highest classification, and has received multiple academic awards including the Max Pollok Memorial Prize and Ruth First Prize for her work in social justice and community development.
