Shante Rubin is a passionate and innovative professional. She has obtained an A.S in Small Business Management, a B.S in Human Resources Management and a M.S in Human Resources. She has extensive Human Resources, Training and Coaching. She has conducted seminars, workshops, and trainings. She has worked with businesses, groups and communities to facilitate sessions to lead groups towards the solutions to their problems. She has made it easier for the group to arrive at its own answer, decision, and/or deliverable. She conducted many corporate trainings on diverse topics such as professional development, employee retention, conflict resolution, health and wellness, self-awareness, and embracing diversity. As a Career Coach, she develops coaching plans and strategies tailored to each client’s needs. SheI assists clients in identifying and overcoming obstacles to success. This includes career exploration, making career choices, managing career changes, lifelong career development and dealing with other career-related issues. She created Royal HR At Hand because she saw the gap between job seekers and employers. She wanted to establish a comprehensive plan that would connect both parties together to improve our communities and help promote employment. She has a strong desire for helping people. She has also established partnerships with community organizations to create various programs that cater to at-risk youth between the ages of 13-18. She is the president of the Girls Empowerment Group (GEG) an initiative that promotes high self-esteem, life skills, health and wellness and spiritual awareness for teen girls. She wants everyone that she encounters to grow personally and professionally.
